This place has the potential to be a great restaurant! The ambiance and overall look was great. It was very modern and contemporary. The food and drinks were also good. I had a hurricane which tasted great (lots of liquor) and a bacon and cheddar chicken sandwich (huge portion). My biggest complaint was the customer service! When we arrived, we were seated promptly. ...however, after sitting for so long with no waiter or waitress to come and take our drink order.... I had to walk up to someone and ask them if they could serve us. Somebody finally came by but I had to re approach someone for them to bring the drinks to my table and take our food orders. No one ever checked to see if we needed anything. Finally, after requesting the bill, which they got wrong, they never came to pick up our payment. Once again I had to walk over and hand them my bill and express how bad the customer service was. The manager took care of the entire bill for us for all of our inconvenience. I want to like this place but they need serious help with customer service.

The first time we came, we came for the po boys. But it was monday, so we went for the pizza. the pizza was great for me, but my husband said it was like eating pizza off a cracker. We had a drink and the service was okay. So we decided to try it again, and try the po boys. We had just moved here from mobile, al, and they can make some po boys. Homesick, we came back. but it was burger day. So we got burgers, but my hub was brought the wrong burger, not cooked the way he ordered. He tried to eat the burger because he didnt want to wait for another well done burger. He didnt like it, and didnt order it. So on his way out he said something to the manager. The manager gave us a gift card, so tonight we gave it a last shot. I ordered lime with my drink, and then proceeded to ask for limes for the beer 3 more times before our server brought them. We ordered the po boys, finally, and they were tasty, no matter how good the food is, the service every time has been slow and forgetful. We will not try them a fourth time.

4 of us met there for lunch on Friday around 1pm. We stood at the counter waiting to be seat for about 5 mins before anyone acknowledged our presence. We ordered a turkey egg and cheddar burger, fried catfish and shrimp, and blackened catfish. We had green beans, fries, salad, pasta alfredo, and gumbo soup as our sides. The fried fish and shrimp was greasy. All of the food was lukewarm except the gumbo soup which was a little bland to me. When asked how I liked the food, I said that I didnt and wanted to order something different. Our server went to get the manager, by the time she came over I just wanted the ordeal to be over. She removed everything from the bill except my friends burger that she somewhat liked. We only went because I purchased a Groupon that in the hast to leave, I forgot to use. Now Im stuck with $20 of food at a place that I never want to go to again.

What I did not like about it was the fact that this place had our party waiting for 3 hours people who came in after us were seated promptly. noticing it was busy that night we were notified that we all would not be seated altogether but they would seat us close to each other. When tables opened up enough to fit six people in the booths, we asked for the manager. The manager there was very disrespectful and his response was not appealing and very rude. After the third hour we were seated and the waitress did not come. We waited a good 30mins. And the other waitresses that were in the section next to our section did not even know who took over our section. It was not a great experience and the Mac and cheese was not appealing.

Came here on a whim on a Saturday night and got my fill with a monster mozzarella cheese stick (yes, one fills you up!) and 3 of the jumbo buffalo wings, and that was only supposed to be an appetizer! I was full from having just that. For my entree I ordered the small chicken bacon ranch poboy and fries. My company had the thin crust pizza and it tasted great as well. The food was so fresh and delicious, and came out quickly! We had plenty of food leftover to take home. We thoroughly enjoyed the energy of the place with the live DJ and karaoke stage. The DJ provided a great experience and the waitresses were very attentive and helpful. Overall a great experience and I cant wait to come back.

Hostesses was very rude & tried to kick me out of the restaurant because I refused to give her $10 when I had already been inside the place for two hours. She followed me to my table with two bouncers and told me that I had to leave again. One bouncer grabbed me and slapped my phone out my hand so I wasnt able to call for help. A second bouncer came and punched me in my face twice giving me a black eye and a concussion. An ambulance took me to the hospital but for some reason the police never came. The hospital told me that I would have to go to the police station to make a report. These people need to be shut down. For some reason it wont let me post my photos

I LOVE TILLYS. It is conveniently located and the food is GREAT!! I have been there twice and each time the food is way above my expectations. The last visit I had the The Catfish Fry-which is huge portions of Fried catfish filets, served with Cajun sauce, fried pickles and tomato confit, waffle fries and banana pudding on the side. The Po Boys are large each that have enough for lunch and dinner. They have now branched out into providing entertainment, and they have Spoken word on Sundays. This Sunday June 8th there will be Music by Maurice “Ice” Culpeppe in honor of the the Back in the Day Old School Day party from 2p to 7p Tilly’s has truly won my vote!!!

This is the worst place on earth to go and dine in on karaoke nights. The manager is very unprofessional. His name is Juan. They had ys waiting for like 1 hour to be sitted, after they told us 45 mins. So we figure we order our food while we wait, we sat in the game room because it was so crowded. The food was done before we they sat us at a booth, guess what they brought us our food to the game room. We had order hot food like shrimp etc, a gain of food and they figured we was gone eat from off of our laps. Tried talking to the manager about it he started yelling and saying you want me to make ppl get up from there sits.we left and asked for our money back.

Went there for a late lunch. Seating was immediate. I ordered the small shrimp po boy and my companion ordered the salad. The salad was huge with tons of fresh veggies. My companion was very happy with it, they couldnt finish it. The po boy was good, but I wished I had ordered whatever the alternative was to the seafood salad that was added to the sandwich. Though I still enjoyed it, the seafood salad contained fake crab, i an not a fan of that. The spinach remoulade was very good on the sandwich. The shrimp were plentiful, and not over cooked. For our meal and two drinks, the price was very reasonable. I will back and try some different items of the menu.
