I have been to this place about 5 times and I think its time to write a review. First off, Ill start out by saying the food is pretty phenomenal. The #11 is by far my favorite with the cajun chicken cutlet, delicious! After going to subway for a long time, this was a nice change. However, the people here really need some help focusing their priorities. I work down the road from this place at Scot Forge and get a half hour lunch. Ive tried calling orders into this place and Im at the point now where I dont think Ill return here. Ill give my most recent account of my experience as it is fresh in my mind. I called in an order for a #11 and a salad, hoping that theyll be better about their timeliness than last time. I walk in and theres 3 people behind the counter. I got in line behind the people that were waiting for their sandwiches. It took a while for them to get their food, but I was ok waiting, they were there first. Those people got their food and went and sat down. Next up was me. I could see my sandwich and salad sitting on the back counter. All they had to do was ring me up and Id be on my way. The guy who just finished giving the people in front of me their food told the female worker who was their that all I needed was to pay and my food was right there. (He was going to go get the people who were in front of me their ice cream). The woman responded by saying, "Ok, so take care of it." Then she walked away. The guy proceeded to start to dish 3 cups of ice cream, for the people who were ALREADY SITTING DOWN EATING, while Im standing their waiting to just pay. Finally, I called the guy who was dishing ice cream and said, "Hey, can I just pay and get out of here?!" The response I got was sorry, I was busy. In the end, it took me 10 minutes to just be able to pay for my food and walk out. This place needs to learn priorities and teamwork. The people in front of me were already sitting down, eating their sandwiches. They werent going to eat ice cream yet! If your priorities are straight it should tell you that once those people are sitting, take care of the person whos picking up, THEN get the others their ice cream that they arent going to eat right away anyway. The lady who told the one guy who was working to "take care of it" should have stopped what she was doing to help the customer. Customer service - such a small thing but I can say I dont think Ill be returning here 1/23/2017 UPDATE I did not stick to my word about not returning here. I have been back numerous time and I must say the service has improved 110%. Food is still fantastic and the employees are on top of their game as of late. Great job. Now, all they need to do is BRING BACK THE BURRITOS!!

Try the #2 Taylor St. (Big Tony)!! Freshest ingredients and high quality meats Ive ever tasted. Halsted St. is owned and operated by local residents. Although its in the heart of Spring Grove, one look around after stepping through the door will make you feel like your in the heart of downtown! Thanks for seeing a need here in town and filling it. Spring Grove loves ya Chris and Brit!!

I got there half sandwich and soup deal got the big Tony as my sandwich was very good different Meats gave it a unique taste. The soup on the other hand was very salty even though clam chowder has a little bit higher salt content than most soups. I highly recommend this place to anybody that likes a good sandwich. They also carry many other things not just sandwiches

Fresh food, excellent recipes and sandwiches, quick and friendly service. I think they have the best tomato bisque I have ever had. The deli itself is very clean and has a comfortable feel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Honestly love this place! Everyone is so friendly and the food is fresh and delicious they havent disappointed me thus far! Highly recommend it and would chose this over subway or jimmy johns any day!

This place really has its ups and downs. Overall Ive liked it. But they cant seem to make up their minds on what to keep or not keep on their menu. They used to have many vegetarian options.

Very good, I had Corned Beef sandwich, nice sized portion of corned beef. Had potato salad with it, really good. Service was good people friendly. Will be going back.

Love the #7 roast beef, however their horseradish Mayo has seriously been lacking the horseradish lately. I ask for extra and you cant even taste it.
