I wasnt even going to give a review but since the lady(I think she was the owner) wanted to give me a hard time here I am. So it was my 1st time ordering food from here. And I ordered $43 worth of food here and had it delivered. My daughter was going to eat the brocoli and she noticed a bug in it. I called them to get my money back and drove there for my refund. Once I got there the lady gave me a hard time when I kindly told her to just give me my money and Ill be on my way. I even put the brocoli in a bag so they could see. So when I got there i showed her. She had the nerve to tell me that the broccoli comes like that! What kind of vegetables has a black bug in it. She even said that it wasnt a bug and they dont have bugs here. Get the hell out of here it had legs and antennas and shes still going to deny it being a bug. She was pissed talking about she has to throw the food away and its a waste of food. No duh! It had a bug in it and you want to be pissed at me, my kid almost ate that crap. At the end hell yeah I got my money back and I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AWAY!! I should have looked at the reviews. I should have took a picture of it.

Its your typical take-out/delivery place, only there are tables and chairs if you want to dine-in. Not very fancy, kinda loud from the constant frying in the kitchen, but no big deal, really. I typically order the food to go or through delivery, and its been pretty good, but yesterday I tried actually eating there. Its extremely casual, and its not like a typical sit-down restaurant, but MY GOODNESS THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS WHEN ITS FRESH-MADE (yes its worth the annoying capital letters). It is absolutely delicious. Just fantastic! Dont get me wrong, the food is still good if you didnt have it freshly made, but if you have the chance, and if youre looking for something quick, not fancy at all, and tasty, I recommend this place. My main reason for giving 4 stars is thats its not meant to be a sit-down type of place. If youre looking for that experience, dont come here, but Im telling you, the food is definitely worth it.

Every friday I order here. Delivary guy that drives white toyota is so respectful. They say 45mins but they always get to m3 in less than 20. Watching them cook they have a very well organized and clean kitchen. Everyone does their job with sanitation and satisfaction as their goal. My favorite is their sweet and sour chk my fiance gets the seasame chk alot. Orange chk is only blah thing on the menu. 30bucks for Chinese food for 2 is alittle higher than average but knowing their food is fresh, hot, and friendly service without needing pepto bismal 2 hours later I am happy to pay every friday with a redbox easy date

I am a regular customer for china hut in aurora and I order the usual all the time. Large chicken fried rice and crab Rangoon. I go to open my food and she gave me shrimp fride rice when Im allergic to shrimp. I call back and tell them they got my order wrong and to do an exchange she said no. She also said I never said chicken! How do you get chicken to shrimp? She kept arguing with me being rude and would not exchange anything. This place is rude and nothing but liars. They need the health department called on them and sued if there ripping so many good customers off. They need to be shut down!

I have never been disappointed with the food from here before, but today it was terrible. The Mongolian Beef lunch special I ordered was made with tons of sliced onions, there were a few pieces of green onion, but the whole dish reeks strongly of onion, over powering the sauce on the meat. There is also a tablespoon of rice noodles in the bottom, not the normal amount. Guess Im screwed though because I picked it up on my way to work, and have no way of taking it back and telling them to make it the right way. Will think twice before recommending this restaurant to anyone again.

Was missing rice in my order and there was very little sauce in the dishes. The veggies were still raw like they flipped them in at the end and dished it. Weve ate here before and it was a little better the thing is there are no good Asian restaurants in the Aurora Naperville area that Ive found in my three yrs living here but I will say they are friendly and when I called and told them about the rice he came back to my house with rice and apologized. Theres another place down from me east China inn and they are very rude and just not nice.

Have ordered from here all the time, never had a problem; the delivery guy IS very nice and respectful and has worked there a long time. When you see the same faces that tells you something about how it is run. I have my favorites, and have tried them at other chinese retaurants and with the exception of the Twice Cooked Pork (theirs is too dry -- it is supposed to be pork belly after all) they outdo all the other restaurants. Chicken Cashew, Hunan Chicken/Beef, Kung Pao chicken/beef, etc...all are delicious and well worth the money.

I have ordered from here several times. The last three times I have placed an order online and it seems like these people dont read the notes part where you ask them to make something spicy or any other additions...and also, I have asked them to deliver the food for a later time BUT THEY ALWAYS end up coming early.. I dont get it...what if someone puts a later time because theyre coming home later..they The food is okay, I only get food from here cuz they deliver and I work from home.

The best food ever I order at least 4 times a month from work and home .i truly recommend it.everyone loved it when I told my friends.Im gonna keep on ordering love it!! Yes I dont know what these other ppl are talking about there service is fast and they are very polite. Ive bin ordering for 3 years and never had a problem. :-D ok………………………..so they have new cooks and new owners food is horrible!!!!…………..2/16/2014 added ugh!!

Very hit or miss. My first order was outstanding. So excited I told my wife we had to get some for our dinner. It was terrible. Fried rice was soaked in soy sauce and egg rolls were mushy. I tried one more time on my own and got a good meal again. Talked my wife into trying it one more time and got the bad cook again. Not worth it to be unsure of the quality of the food.

Do not eat here! I bought dinner for my family and found a beetle in my chicken with broccoli. I went back and I was told by the manger I had placed it in the food. Mind you this is during winter where would I find a beetle and why would I place it in my food? I received no refund and the manager basically laughed in my face. I do not recommend this place!
