Despite other reviews, Im going to complement the staff. The tables and floors were clean. Bathrooms were in shape. The staff was polite and my order was correct. My gripes with the restaurant really extend to the corporate level. My girlfriend and I were both sick and at home from work. I was too weak to stand around the stove and cook so I decided to go to Panera to get a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches and some tomato soup. Classic get better food, right? I ordered and ended up paying $26 and some change. This is for two slices of bread, four slices of American cheese and two bowls of soup that tasted like tomato paste with water and Parmesan cheese. Also if you are a health or ingredient conscious individual know that you must look for the "ALL NATURAL" label if you want to avoid artificial ingredients like flavor enhancers, preservatives and chemical leavening agents. Despite their wholesome image, you must still be careful with their menu if you want to eat additive free. Also, their all natural label does not refer to GMOs. I will not be eating at any Panera bread ever again due to their high cost and low payoff. I should have stayed home. I could have made our meals for less than $4 in less than fifteen minutes with more wholesome ingredients and it would taste better too.

At 3:00pm out of cinnamon crunch scones and baker was gone so apparently they werent making more. Just ordered ice coffee, it ran out halfway to filling the cup. Sat down to use wifi to get some work done but it could barely load a video with 7 people in the building. Not bad in terms of general cafes its not but, but in terms of other Panera Breads just terrible.

Went there today & they must be starting new program. Staff behind counter was extremely helpful. New mobile phone program should be improved by corporate. Very difficult & frustrating to use. Kylie of the wait staff was very attentive on todays visit. She was very understanding & wrapped my sandwich, so I can finish it later.

There was not a lot of people on this visit and found parking very fast. As for the service, it was fast as well and my cashier did take our order correctly and offered what my discount was due to my rewards. Used their wifi to do some work and was very comfortable to be there.

I really enjoy coming to Panera but todays visit with Joseph (my cashier) didnt really make it nice. I came with my mom who doesnt know the menu and had questions. He was rather unpleasant and rushed even though it was just us! Food was still awesome though.

My Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT tasted like the turkey was canned in tuna water and that tuna water drenched my plate. The avocado wasnt close to ripe, so it wasnt pleasant to eat. The sandwich itself was 4 1/2 inch long. Worst $10 sandwich ever.

Great place for a pitstop for lunch or a snack. The staff is usually friendly. Food isnt remarkable, but it gets the job done and beats the heck out of McDonalds.
