I have given one star because I like the food, when I have had it other locations, but nothing at this location is good. I dont blame the employees wholly, I blame poor management. We have visited other sites all over California, Nevada and Utah and never had a bad experience. We have come 10 times in 2 years but no matter the time of day or day of the week its always the same, dirty table and floors, excruciatingly slow service, cold food and frantic and stressed employees moving to service the drive thru and ignoring the people in the store. All the other locations we have visited outside Idaho have 7 employees at a time. Here there is one cook, and 2 ladies with head pieces on seemingly rushing to feed the drive thru customers. We stood there in a relatively empty restaurant (2 couples eating and about 20 empty, dirty tables) for at least 30 minutes and no one greeted us not one inside party was acknowledged or served. It was 8 PM on a Sunday evening. We saw one couple begin to get service and a group of 3 behind us left the store frustrated. The employees look upset and frazzled. We have the same experience when we come in at 10 to beat the lunch madness, or anytime. It looks empty in the store, but the skeleton crew employees are unable to keep up with a small demand. We left after standing in line for 45 minutes and only seeing one couple get food. Last time I was there I asked to wait for fresh hot prawns instead of the cold miniature serving at the bottom of the bowl, they said of course. I sat down and 10 minutes later, after already paying they brought me...the cold bottom of the barrel at snail speed. I ate it anyway, frustrated that they either forgot or just ignored me. Never a good experience. I guess for service I have to go thru the drive thru.

I have had two large to go orders not completed even after calling a day ahead of time. The first one was over $200 and it was suppose to be ready at 11:00am. I show up at 11:30am and they hadnt started it yet. The second took me 15 minutes to order over the phone. They said it would be ready by 10:30am and I showed up at 11:15am to find that they hadnt started it yet. I was told they could have it ready in 15-30 minutes. In both cases they had my order. As somebody in a leadership position on contacted the manager.... Never heard back from him. Guess they dont need the money.

An Exquisitely high price to pay for less than warm food, very little main course and apparently "IT WAS Fresh last week" but served today Chinglish food like substances. $20+ for 2 small insignificant plates of practically cold food. Hard noodles, and chicken batter with no actual chicken in most of it. We had to actually leave there and go get something to eat. Panda Express must mean you have to run out and go find somewhere to get more than a cold snack.

It took over fifteen minutes to complete my order when I was told it would be no more than five. There have been multiple occasions of unreasonable wait times for this being a fast food restaurant. The food in general isnt that good either. Its very greasy, and every tray Ive tried has been a bit bland. Havent been to this location in almost a year.

Worst Panda Express Ive been to. The employees looked lost or as if they didnt know how to do their job. The food was cold when I got to my table, not regular I walked to my table and it cooled down but more like its been sitting there all day. I go to Panda often and their food didnt taste the same either.

I asked for a bowel and walnut shrimp. And both broads gave each other a look as it seemed there wouldnt be enough to put on my plate and she mumbeled something to the one who was helping me and literally gave me 5 pieces of shrimp not even exaggerating and still charged me for it. Please stay away.

Panda Express has been one of the most consistent fast food places Ive ever gone, from restaurant to restaurant. The food is decent, the price is a kinda high for fast food, and the restaurants have always been clean. This one was no exception. Its not my first choice, but not a bad choice.

The website said they are open until 11. The door said they are open till 11. Its 1015 and theres two tables of people eating And at least 5 employees wandering around cleaning. I go to the door and is locked. I knock and the employees look at me and go back to cleaning.

I would give a 0 if I could. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Then we were told they didnt have enough food due to closing soon. To add fuel to the fire, we had to wait in line 15 min. with kids just to leave the drive thru.

Excellent food. Eat here almost 5 times a week. 2 entree meal with a free entree makes for an easy two meals. Do somewhat inconvenient phone survey for a free entree. They also give a nice Military discount. Thanks

I have always been a fan of Pandas orange chicken, until a couple of months ago I received food poisoning from my favorite dish. Since then, I havent been able to bring myself to go back. Very disappointed.

Always busy, orders are always not done correctly, especially at the drive thru. Do not order online, youll end up having to wait longer than if you would have just ordered through the line.

Talk about making your location inaccessible to customers!! No street access and 15 turns just to get to the drive thru. Save your tome and go to Culvers across the street.
