We went expecting to really like it based on reviews. Went on a Sunday night as we passed through town. Impressed with the tablecloths and wait staff dress though less so with their personalness or warmth at the counter upon our arrival, nor at our table. In part, this is personal preference. We like waitstaff best who smile and interact.The drop soup was tasty and the Rangoon fresh tasting, though no noticeable crab present. The sticky rice was good, but the main courses were very disappointing and among the most bland and tasteless Chinese weve had. The chicken and snowpeas and the chicken with vegetables both had the same gravy-like base and rather "gravy-logged" chicken. Didnt have the freshly made flavor weve been accustomed to at other Chinese restaurants weve eaten at. So, nice atmosphere, but disappointing food experience for us.

i was here for work from Atlanta, and I really desired some good Chinese food. Based on the reviews it had the most amount of stars so I ate here. At the restaurant I ordered sesame chicken and house special rice. The chicken was pretty much all bread and extremely soggy, and had no taste. Secondly the rice was just a box of rice over cooked and no flavor. I should have known when my food was ready within 7 minutes. I have never had my food ready that fast unless I was at Panda express or the mall food court. This was so bad that when I got to my hotel room, I took a couple of bites and I felt had to put the rest away. Not to mention this was my first meal all day so I was very hungry. If there is one thing I hate is bad Chinese food, especially because of the skepticism that they receive already.

I was at the Golden China Restaurant earlier and ordered the beef lo mein which came with soup and rice and I ordered water to drink. The food was good and quick and when the waitress brought my friend and I our tickets she kind of wZ hanging around our booth so I got my money out and paid her and she brought back my change then a little bit later she comes back and is nosing around and asks if everything was ok I replied Yes Why she responded with because you didnt leave me a tip! We hadnt even left yet and I thought that was very rude and unprofessional! And Im not going back!By the way No I didnt leave her a tip!

Garlic chicken to go was tasty and not overly spicy. On the milder side if youre sensitive to heat, so I think you could safely order this. Mushrooms, carrots and celery are mixed in at a good level so you dont feel cheated out of meat. Came with egg drop soup and some little crackers Im not familiar with so I didnt try them due to a shellfish allergy. Better safe than really sorry Ive had to learn! The parking lot looked rather full upon arrival, but Im glad I stopped in. I would definitely eat here again if I get back here some day.

Great food. Great Service. Great prices. Been going here since I was a kid back when they were located near Crossroads. The food has stayed the same in quality and price for the past several years. Love the pot-stickers and I know anything on the menu will be good.
