5 years ago promised myself that I would never go here again because of service and food quality. Last night agreed to meet friends there and it wasnt long before we all looked at each other and remembered the past experiences that made us not want to ever eat there again. After waiting 15 minutes unnoticed at our table, we asked if there was a server for our table. The server was nice but extremely slow. I wont get into the time it took to get drinks and refills. There were 5 of us. 4 out of 5 of us ordered an entree that included a side salad. After waiting 45 minutes our food finally appeared. They had not brought the salads out first and forgot to bring them with the entrees. 2 people asked for another side instead and 2 of us got our salad finally. But...my salad looked like it had been sitting in a bag in the back of a refrigerator for a few months-very brown. My friends salad looked fluffier and greener. I asked if there was a difference in the salad and the server said no. I said, "well I would like a salad that is not dried out and brown." (This from the People who advertise the best salad bar in the world!!!!) I had ordered the grilled chicken breasts with roasted mushrooms and asked them to hold the Parmesan cheese sauce. I noticed immediately that there were no mushrooms and was told by the person who delivered my plate who appeared to be a manager helping bring out of the kitchen that they would bring them right out. After another 15 minutes the server came around for me to ask, "where are my mushrooms?" He then brought out a tiny dressing dish with the mushrooms. I poured them over my chicken and took a bite. They were COLD. Not room temp cold but freezer COLD! I flagged the server down and asked why was I told they were back there roasting me some fresh mushrooms and get ice cold mushrooms? Of course its not his fault his kitchen is absolutely incompetent! He returned a few minutes later with the extremely small quantity which they obviously just nuked but when they served them back to me on a cold salad plate the mushrooms were cold again...I GAVE UP asking again! One of my friends had a baked potato that looked like it had been re-warmed all day long-dried out! I could go on and on but you get the point. We were there forever with poor service and food quality. They never offered anything like maybe a desert for all the poor quality and slowness. We didnt ask for anything free, discounts or refunds but should have. I have absolutely no idea how these people are still in business and the rest of the reviews here testify! Ruby Tuesday lost 5 patrons forever last night!!!!!!

My husband and I had a horrible experience. As soon as you walked in, the smell was overwhelming. It smelled like dirty mop water. Our server was very nice but, he was also serving at the bar as well and I feel it was a bit much for him. The salad bar was not maintained. We went up several times just to get simple things like lettuce and cheese to make a sald. When my husband told someone that the salad bar was empty the employee said, "I will get to it when I have time." They seemed bothered by our presence. I had ordered the chicken bites for an appetizer and for $8.99 it was definitely not worth it. The portion was very small and it looked like they burned particles from the fryer and put it in my plate. A guy cane to our table and just stood there. He did not announce who he was nor did he have a name tag. I said, "Hello, are you a manager?" He said, "yeah, I am a shift manager in training." I said, "Oh, in training, how do you like it?" He said, "Eh, its ok, it has its moments... You cant always make people happy." I said, "Well since you are a manager I must tell you this has been a horrible experience and I began to tell him my issues and he said, "wow, that sucks." He walked off and came back later with a bowl of ice cream and said, "I dont know if this will work or not but I hope this makes things better." Seriously!!!! I was so frustrated. I did not even get to eat a decent meal and this guy (Juan) just stands there like oh well. He definitely has zero customer service. Also, as we were dining there were two other men sitting close by that were having a conversation about how this particular establishment had been through many managers and had gone down hill horribly. I believe it. We had to wait 20 minutes for our check after asking for it. I for one will never go back.

This place has really gone downhill. We did not receive our food until over an hour later (which would be understandable if the place was packed, but, surprisingly on a Friday night, the place was not even halfway full). One of our party of four left before the food arrived, because not eating was making him sick. He ended up grabbing a burger next door. When our food did arrive, we experienced more problems. The food was all cooked, or not cooked, at different times. We received a raw, cold chicken entree, cold burger and fries (without all the regular toppings of the burger on it), and another cold chicken entree with a burning hot baked potato side. The raw chicken was returned to the kitchen, and it was microwaved. That member of the party did not eat her food, because she was afraid that her sides would make her sick (they were resting on the raw meat drippings). The manager stated that "we should just deal with it," when the wait staff brought up our complaints to him. The manager did not even stop by our table, or any of the other tables that had issues (we watched a few tables walk around the restaurant trying to locate an employee so they could pay their bill after waiting for a long period of time, too). I never want to go back to this place. I do not want to get sick from raw meat, and I certainly do not want to support a place that is ran this way.

We used to go here all of the time. Not sure if management has changed but it was horrible last couple of times. Came here and needed an infant sling and they refused to put us anywhere but in an aisle where trays were constantly being carried. As I gazed upon about twenty open tables I asked the hostess if they had something where my baby could not be in the aisle. She replied and said that was the only table they had. I asked a busser about an open table in the corner...he replied with well its open but I would have to clean it. We left because I wouldnt want to put anyone out or anything...you know by making someone do their job. It is sad because judging by the fact it was a Friday night and they were dead I am sure the servers could use the table. Having been a server for 10+ years I am normally pretty understanding but they were so rude I couldnt even justify it since they werent busy. For a restaurant who is closing stores across the nation they didnt seem to want our business...they should replace their entire hostess/greeter staff if the servers and management ever want to make money again.
