Ive eaten here dozens of times previously (and left applauding reviews) when the service and food were usually four stars or close to it. Today at lunch l asked for chicken fajitas. I expected a full portion, with sour cream, lettuce, guacamole, tomatoes, salsa. Always served on two platters, their popular sizzling fajitas in one skillet, with rice, refried beans and the previously mentioned items on another plate. Today l get ONE plate, a REDUCED portion of rice and beans which were irregularly heated at best (microwaved?) and a BARELY WARM, mini-sized portion of chicken, onions and peppers. REAL fajitas are served sizzling hot! The rushed employee plopped it down and disappeared in a flash. After trying to spot my server I flagged down another server who said l got the "fajita lunch plate" which is FAR INFERIOR (and obviously mass-produced and kept barely warm) Three dollars less for a half-sized INCOMPLETE portion of warmed-up "chicken fajitas". The original server/plate-slinger eventually showed up to present the bill, but just shrugged her shoulders and walked away when l said how disappointed l was. No attempt to make a disappointed customer happy was offered. No tomatoes, no guacamole, no lettuce (yes, l asked!) just a "sorry" and a turned-away scurry. Sad that their careless attitude and substitution of a vastly inferior "lunch plate" of what was supposed to be a popular item has cost them a loyal customer. It will be a while before my family and l return.

I was completely wowed by this place! Its in a Publix shopping center and when u walk in the atmosphere hits you in the face with excellent decor and vibes, my host I believe his name was jouao was extramly charismatic and inviting helped me right away I asked for a table w view to the tv so he sat me in the bar area exactly in front of a tv so I was super happy because I could watch the game l... once I sat down Adrian was my waiter and automatically brought me some water so I was very satisfied with his attentiveness, I ordered a skinny margarita that was mouth watering completely recommend it. On top of that I ordered a cheese dip w jalapeños that was awesome then for dinner I had a chipotle chicken and rice wow the sauce was to die for and the salad was amazing... for deser I had the flan that was creamy and juicy great experience over all and to top it all off on my way out juaou stopped me and asked me how everything was and if there was something more he could help with. I was so satisfied that I told him no but I was an inch from ordering some food to go! Great service amazing staff great food!

Table of 12, 2 hours before close. Could not begin to describe the "please leave asap" attitude from everyone. Hair in cold food. Stuff happens I understand, sometimes we all hate our job. Also working with the public I 100% understand what it takes to put on a fake face. At least try, thanks for making a very important dinner one of the worst decisions I could have made by picking this Resturant. Thank you to the staff working on May 27th 2017. MMmmm GOOD! It is the best Mexican food I have had in YEARS. The margaritas were just the way I like them, tangy and cold... (not all full of syrup)... The chicken is nicely seasoned and tender in the burritos and other dishes. The seafood burritos were amazing. The salsa is spicy, the guac is REAL, and the portions are nice. Their chips are typical... It isnt fancy but you get good nice service, good folks, great food... what else can I say. GO!

the place is old and needs to be cleaned and updated. They nickle and dime you with charges. Food is ok the staff is nice. I had a coupon for buy one meal get one free with the purchase of 2 drinks. We all drink water but the bill for mom and 3 kids 16,15, 7 was almost $80. $26 of which was togo. Server wouldnt let me use coupon unless I bought 2 drinks. I had to buy 2 sprites for $4.50 so I $4.50 off the bill. Blah

Didnt like it at all! Ive had better Mexican food from Taco Bell!!! The chicken in the burrito was dry and tasteless they smother it in this red sauce that taste like it came out of a can. I ordred a Margarita which was on special. I was charged full for it and it was already premixed!! It was overly sweet and had no tequila flavor. This place gets two thumbs down!!!

The food was quite good! I like it when I order a salad at a mexican place, and its not just a bunch of taco toppings on a plate. The grilled chicken salad was good, and clearly began life as a salad, not as taco toppings. A little too much cheese on the chicken, but melting it on as a thick layer is a nice touch. Would eat it again.

We were here a few years ago, and it was meh. Since then, the place has undergone some huge changes. Food was far better. Service was good. Inside was very nice. This is now our new E. Cobb Mexican haunt. (Which is good, because this is the first decent one we found here)

Been going for years. Has definitely dropped a notch after changing management. The food is good. I go weekly but spend half my visit waiting for artificial sweetener to be brought out since they stopped putting it on the table. If not for that I would have rated 5 stars.

Very nice staff, great service, good food. Their chargrilled fajitas were very good. Another plus is that this location is somewhat of a hidden gem and is not too crowded as many of its competitors. I recommend this place for some solid Mexican food and great service.

Great table side Guacamole! Food was average but if you want something different done to a dish, the language barrier can be an issue. Asked for black beans in a salad and got refried... Friend ordered bean Enchiladas and got beef... The food we ate was great though!

Always good service. The food is consistently good and prepared perfectly. My girlfriend and I eat here once a week. Always something we look forward to. The restaurant is usually busy and there is a positive atmosphere inside.

The coupons they mail out seems always reason not to honor. They claim they have a beer special and cant be combined with coupon. Beer price was not specialprice ! Service is beginng to become SLOW ! Food is ok .

Extremely fast service: Both times we have been here the food arrives amazingly fast even when they are busy. Last time I was there I had the chicken Chimichanga which was good. The chips are really good.

This place used to be "ok" a acouple of years ago, not sure if owner has changed but its gotten much much better for the price of the food. Highly recommended if youre in the area
