So I am here as I am typing. 20 minutes in and I still have yet to recieve any waitress or waiter. Nothing. I am here and very unhappy about the whole experience. Nobody seems to know we are here and literally 11 tables are occupied. If I could include a picture I would. They have a bunch of illiterate "workers" who are doing nothing but walking around. I wonder if well ever get served. Haha. Never been disappointed by a BWW before. Guess im about to drive 6 hours to PCB from here just to go to a BWW where people actually notice other human beings. 2 minute pause. Matter of fact, I jut had someone ask if we had been helped. Hell no we havnt so get up of your asses and work. Very very displeased about the situation. Never will return to this location. Will go to mcdonalds next door from now on. They seem to have people that actually aknowledge customers would like to order food and not just sit there and watch TV and be ignored. I was looked at by 2 waiters/waitresses and neither asked any questions. As soon as I looked them DEAD IN THEIR EYES, they look away and act busy walking away. Haha. Worse than Waffle House to be honest. I would be ashamed if I owned this restaurant. If you have forever to eat then come. If you dont want to wait 25 minutes for someone to aknowledge you and get looked at and never said anything to, go to McDonalds next door or the other PLENTIFUL restaurants around. Wont ever be returning here unless there are DRAMATIC changes in staff. Also, no managers around. So dont expect to talk to one. The time I started this review was 5:18. It is 5:28 but will not post until I leave or talk to a manager. December 22 2015. Just finished eating. Food was good. Still mad about the whole waiting and being ignored. Takes their people forever to do anything. Just watched 2 waitresses clean a table. Took them 3 minutes. Should take 30-45 seconds to wipe a table and put the condiment rack down. Slow everything. No good. Only good thing was the food.

So to give a bit of background, I am a long time customer of Taco Mac, but my husband and I decided to give this place a shot. It started out ok, we had a good server, but when Asked for drinks we could not find any prices on the beer menu. This caused our party of six to take ten minutes just to get our drink order in. Kennesaw is a college town, and no prices on the menu really puts your servers at a disadvantage. Specifically, our server had to go to the register just to quote us prices and then we all paid 4.25 for a bud light... At Taco Mac, you can get a cheap beer for less then 3 dollars. Anyways, we all moved then onto the food. We specifically went there for the wings and they had a lot of options. Only problem was that their menu didnt specify how many wings you get for each size. This caused another commotion with our waiter because we had so many questions on the amount of wings served, can we split flavors, and so on. It would have been easier if the menu was more descriptive. No one in my party was adverse to reading. Lastly, you had to pay for a side of fries with your order of wings. I hate to continually compare, but you get fries free with you wings at Taco Mac and you have the option to buy pitchers of beer. I was thoroughly confused that this restaurant only sold beer by the glass when they have so many options on tap. As for the food, it was decent but not particularly worth the hassle with the menu, having to buy extra sides, and dealing with the confusion of which dressing was ranch or blue cheese.

Can I give this 0 stars? BW3 is usually a little slow but What a disaster of a visit... We are driving from florida to chicago with our 6 kids and stop at your location for a break, especially because the kids want to see a little of the NCAA game that was on. The waitress was a little slow in getting out order taken, but we wanted to relax so that fine. The the food doesnt come for at least 30 minutes (even though its like 9pm and the place is mostly empty of the dinner crowd. Worse yet EVERYTHING is Luke Warm at best. We send the parent food back but the kids have to stomach theirs since all they are getting for the next 10 hours. Time to talk to the manager who doesnt bother coming for 5 minutes and just asks a simple but nasty "you needed to talk to a manager" (she was a middle aged blonde lady) I explained the problem including the fact we are traveling and have 10+ hours of driving ahead of us. and all she said was "do you want me to make the dinner over" At this point we were annoyed enough and ready to leave so I give up and just say no thanks. After that all I get a "Ill make sure you dont get charged for those" and walks away. .No Sorry...No attempt by the waitress to get our food back to us that she took back 5 minutes earlier... No talk of wait a minute, the kitchen is just about done with your dinners, let us box it for you while I get the bill. Just garbage. Last time ever for BW3!!!

So Im not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but this is one time I will make an exception. I just get off from working a 14 hour shift. Im tired and hungry so I just want to go in, eat and get out. Well we get in. Its fairly busy, but its not chaotic. For starters, it took forever to even get a waitress to get our drink order. Under normal circumstances, that would have been enough for me to quit while Im ahead, but being exhausted from working, I decided to tough it out. I should have followed my instincts. It took forever to get our food and when it did come out the boneless wings was hard enough to chip a tooth on. Again, I tough it out since Im starving and delirious from my long day at work. Well then the check comes. Its a Tuesday and I chose them because of the half off wings. Well apparently that does not include the boneless wings. The waitress didnt tell us that while we were asking her about the half off wings. I basically get a shrug and an oh well. Im too tired to fight. In the end, I did three things that I never do at a restaurant: I left food on my plate, I left hungry and I left a short tip. The overall impression I got from the staff was they simply didnt care at all. This is the last time I step into a Buffalo Wild Wings. Theres other restaurants in the shopping center there. I recommend trying one of the other places instead.

Went in for a Fathers Day lunch to relax with my family. I have been to this location for years and spent most of my time in college at this establishment. The service was always hit or miss but the food used to be good. We came in and sat down and the fire alarm went off. My wife had to leave with our children as the noise was so loud. After about 10 mins they cut off the siren and the fire department shows up to turn off the fire alarm. Everyone who left to save their ear drums returns to their seats. 5 mins after the fire department leaves it goes off again. Again half the customers clear out. Fire department comes back again. Never once did a manager come out. The staff half attempted to apologize about ruining a father day lunch but ok we are here for wings lets get on with it. The food comes out wrong. My wife has a buffalo wrap no ranch or sauce in it. All the fries are over cooked and my food has the wrong sauce. Sent some of it back and it came back out so quick its highly unlikely they recooked anything. The bill came after all this and hey charged us full price. After well over an hour to get the food and having to rush my family in and out to avoid listening to the alarm system screech I am shocked they did not do a single thing. My wife looked at me she will never return and I cant blame her.
