Went to this Ruby Tuesday on a Sunday evening to celebrate my daughters recent accomplishment. The food was good as usual but our server was awful. He brought us our drinks and then was not back for at least 10 minutes, when he did come back I noticed him coming back in from outside and he informs us that he had walked a friend to her car and got her number! Well he finally took our orders however my daughter asked about having a pasta dish that was no longer on the menu. He said no problem. He also said that he would bring out some cheese biscuits for us as well. Well after what felt like 30 minutes, he brings out three of the dishes, however the pasta dish is not what my daughter had wanted. She explained the differences, he takes it back and he returns to ask another question. My meal, a burger, has not been provided. Eventually he returns with my daughters meal prepared properly and I ask him about my order. He indicates that I only had the garden bar. When I tell him to look at his notes where I had ordered a burger, he realizes his mistake. At this point, I tell him to just make it to go. Well, he comes back shortly with a burger that apparently had been prepared and a box. We arrived at this establishment at 6:30 pm and left 2 hours later. Needless to say if I ever see this server again I will hit the door. The sad thing is I dont even know his name, he never introduced himself. Also, at a table nearby, there was food left out from a previous diner that was never cleared! Management at this location is somewhat lacking.

Now this is a late review, we took my sis there for lunch on her birthday, now it was like 6 of us all together. So they sit us outside as we requested, but 20 minutes sitting there we noticed no one came to take our drink order. We was talking and laughing with each other so thats why we didnt notice sooner. So the hostess came and started to take our drinks, but then when the waitress came, she said it will be another moment and then she will take our drink order. By then it was a little chilly, because it was windy, so we asked to be seated inside, now mind you this place was empty, an hour past no one came back to take our food order and we never got any drinks and the waitress never came back to take our drink order. So we stop the hostess who originally took drink order and asked her what was going on she told us that it wasnt her job and they we can get the manager and tell on the waitress. She had the nerve to say that she was busy, you can literally count the people in the entire restaurant with one hand...lol. By then we were there almost two hours, the only reason we didnt pay attention because we just having a good time Joking with each other, which we do everywhere....but we finally left drink less and hungry and we had to pick up our kids from school and so that ruined the lunch. Needless to say, they lost our business and we was ready to spend some money and we are good tippers.

NO STARS!! DO NOT EAT HERE! If you do you are putting you health at risk. I have never been so afraid to eat somewhere in all my life. As I was going through the salad bar an employee was coming my direction to stock and freshen the salad bar. I told her about a squished cherry tomato on the floor because I was worried someone might slip on it. She said "I would not want it to get on your shoe". Then she picked the tomato up off the ground and with the other hand she wiped the ground where there was tomato juice. Now she did have gloves on, but she did not bother to get a rag or mop... Immediately after wiping the ground she started touching all the tongs on the salad bar with the same hand she wiped the ground with. I really wanted to say something, but instead I waited for our food. When my steak arrived there was a long black hair underneath it. I have to say that I have NEVER in my life seen such a horrible display of unsanitary practices. In my opinion they should be shut down. The manager had the nerve to say that he was going to charge us for the coffee. Which I may add was awful!

What can I say, its a Ruby Tuesday. The last time I ate here was about a year ago because we had a coupon for B1G1 free or 50% off burgers. The restaurant was fairly empty, and we were seated in a back corner right next to another couple. The furnishings were a bit worn, the server was friendly and accommodating, and the food was fairly standard Ruby Tuesday fare. I am not a big fan of chain restaurants since we have so many other options in Atlanta, and I prefer fresher/more unique foods. If you are starving and want a place to sit down and eat, this Ruby Tuesday is fine. I would probably drive a bit down the road to Jim-n-Nicks or Uncle Maddios since those are the closest sit-down places near by, yet they are still chain restaurants. For a non-chain restaurant in the area, I would suggest Ebony & Ivory (take-out-only), or you may want to try the Creole restaurant next to Chic-fil-a... I havent tried it, but the reviews are good.

Its okay for a glass of wine, which is sometimes kept in the fridge, where it should be. I havent ate here in a very long time due to how dirty it became. It has been in desperate need of a deep clean for months, it doesnt even smell like food, it just smells dirty. The bar, chairs, doors and floors have been covered in a film and everything is sticky. I cannot imagine what the kitchen looks like. Our bartender also stood in front of us on our phone for 50% of the time. Which normally wouldnt bother me since its slow. But everything needs to be cleaned!!!

I am giving this location 4 stars ONLY because the manager Kevin Smith. Our waitress had a good personality but her service wasnt that great. My husband waited an extended amount of time to receive his beverage and when I received my salad it was wilted and most of the leaves were browning. Wasnt fresh at all. My ribs were dry. Like I said the manager Kevin was very exceptional and tended to my familys need. If it wasnt for his excellent customer service I would have given 2 stars.

Ofcourse the food is good, I mean come on, its Ruby Tuesday's. But oh my god, the service is so ridiculous and management is lacking. I get online deals telling me to come in and when I get there management says the deals are not going to be included in my order. Wow! I suggest going to another location because the service here blows, and I love Ruby Tuesday's! For me this is a takeout location only. GET NEW MANAGEMENT! New Years Eve night. Thanks.

We were very surprised when the check arrived, we were served Lunch portions, but charged Dinner prices. When we expressed our thoughts, she they stated how we should have ordered, instead of from the menu she provided us during Lunch Hour. FYI, she did receive a 20% tip, the food was nothing to rave about. We were informed after the meal, by Management that Ruby Tuesday does not have a Lunch Menu. We will not be returning.
