The employees here are terrible and rude or at least the ones working around 11:30am today in the front. A black male took my order at the front and I Gave him my card. He ran it once which went through and then for some reason to him it didnt so he just kept running my card again and again then told me I was declined which was 100% impossible. Embarrassed with many people in line I walked out to call my bank to just make sure nothing was wrong.... Well the proceeded to let me know that the month for my order did endeed get taken out of my account and they are not sure why they would tell me that..... So I pulled up my bank account on my phone to double check and it was taken out so I walked back in the store, waited in line instead of the usual frustrated angry person would do and just walk up and skip the whole line. I then "tried" to speak with this older working lady who was rude from the start when Im the victim not her, she never offered me a refund, she never offered for my food to be made, and she never apologized or anything and told me to get a refund I would have to go to the bank and get a piece of paper and not the bank pulled up on my phone so I left and went to the bank and they filed a claim and I did get my money back because of wellsfargo but I will never eat at this place again. I was a regular since they opened and after this I will not come back. Worst service ever and some what of scammers!

Went to Panera bread this morning to get breakfast. Ordered an iced coffee guess what theres no coffee. So when I ask where the ice coffee is located they both just stand there and stare at each other and go I dont know. Youve been open for how long and you dont even have any coffee. The first thing out of their mouth says oh We can brew some for you if you would like some If I didnt want coffee I would have purchased it. I come to this place every single morning I work five days a week so that should tell you something no apologies no nothing you wont get my business anymore

Excellent service from Jasmine at the front counter. As a person with a recent auto-immune disease, I have been blown off by several places I used to frequent to eat. She not only took her time to ensure that my meal with prepared with great care as well as explaining Paneras process to ensure customers can eat without fear of having a serious allergic reaction. She went an extra step, by alerting her manager who also took the time to ensure that our food was prepared without cross contamination.

Rudest customer service I have ever had. I would rather call Comcast than to have been belittled by Panera employees. To be specific the ladies in the back handing out food. I asked about my togo order which I never had done with them before and both the ladys snapped back and asked if I was Ruth...Then, I asked about it one more time and they made me feel 2 inches tall. I called to speak with management and they couldnt even be bothered to pick up the phone. Terrible and pathetic.

Great food. One of the Managers is lazy and incompetent. Waited in line and the Manager came up said he can take our order. We went up and he just walked away... Other front counter lady was very nice. Later same manager asked if how he could help front counter. Front counter people while helping customers said, "it would be great if you could change the trash up here.". He laughed, said no and proceeded to sit in the back of the lobby playing on his phone...

I love Amanda. She is always bright and cheery! She would make panera upper echelon proud. The food is good the restaurant is large. Many receptacles in the front half of the store. Mostly in booths. One big reason I dont rate Panera higher is there very unfriendly lunchtime policy of limits. Some restaurants used to turn of power to the outlets. If I come for an hour or 90 minute lunch, I dont want that policy to hinder my production, either work or relaxation.

Great food, is as it is advertised, but coming to this Towne Lake location is almost impossible to get a seat. It is so busy that there is not enough seating to handle the volume of customers. If I eat lunch super early like between 11-11:30 or late between 2-2:30 I might get a seat. I eat at other Panera Breads and they all have large dining rooms to handle the volume of customers, I do not understand why this one is built so small.

I was at this location after cheerleading competition and when I asked for a french bagette from the case; the employee suggested I get one already bagged from the basket at the door. The bread was old and very hard. We were unable to eat it. I could not make bread crumbs because of the hardness. I do not live near this location and was unable to return it. Extremely disappointed. This is a large chain in an individual store for Panera Bread. Likely you know most of the food at Panera. I think the food is pretty good. I am strictly taking one star off because the atmosphere and the design layout of this particular Panera Bread is very confusing and makes the space feel very small and claustrophobic. If there is any crowd at all it feels like a circus

The food is good but the manager is rude. We started to enter and she confronts my girlfriend and I at the door to tell us theyre closing early for a meeting. Fine. But she doesnt stop there. She persists to tell us that theyve had signs posted all week. Well forgive me for not stopping by to check your bulletin. That is rude and uncalled for.

The customer service was bad. One young man was keeping the whole place together while two teenage girls laughed, talked, and made faces at customers. I could tell the young man was ready to blow up at his coworkers and I felt horrible for him. Food didnt taste fresh either.

Horrible customer service, cashiers urgent to get us out of their way. I love other locations of Panera but Towne Lake store is horrible. The food is defiantly held to a lower standard when sent off to the window. I recommend Panera. Just not the towne lake location.

Had breakfast and it was very good. Had a bacon, egg and cheese on a ciabatta and a cheese pastry. Both tasted good. Service was a little slow but no biggie. Restaurant was clean and in an easy to find location. Will go back.

Always a good experience here. The young lady at the register always remembers us, food is pretty quick for a busy place. Downside is they need to be a bit more accessible for wheelchair to maneuver and be used at a table.

One word: awful! Slow to help us. Order wrong. Dirty eating area. Had to ask them to refill the cream.....on the bright side the one thing they do excel is apathy. Avoid this dump!
