For a Saturday the wait was minimal about 15 minutes. My 4 year old and I were seated and everything was going well until we went to the restroom and our table was clean when we came back (they thought we left) the waitress apologized and replaced everything we had ordered already. Food was great I ordered steak and shrimp and highly recommend it (Mexican surf and turf) we got our to go boxes and were ready to leave only to wait 15 minutes for our check (frustrating)but hey its Saturday night so let it slide. My biggest complaint was on our way out they have balloons for kids and my daughter saw this as we waited to be seated so of course as we are leaving she wants a balloon. At that time no balloons were ready to grab and go. I asked if she could make one. The girl was rude and acted like it was a hassle to make a 4 year olds day. I have always loved la Parilla but my experience this time was different and I will think twice about spending my hard earned money there again.

So, I read the reviews before coming here. A few claimed that the waiters were rude, inattentive. Complete slander. Absolute slander. Of course, when the place is packed, the restaurants obviously going to move a little slower. But, I had the absolute best experience at this Parrilla. Theyre a cut above the rest. If you were thinking about going to that El Rodeo garbage, shame on you. La Parrilla is where its at. This restaurant offers some of the best variety at a Mexican restaurant here in Georgia. Its no wonder why La Bamba imitates their every move. The only improvement that this establishment could make, is to offer a better selection of beer. No Victoria, no bueno. Our server, Andrea, was amazing, best service we have had in years. She gave us all we needed, and offered us more. Honestly, one of the best dinig experiences in a long time.

We were told the wait would be 20 minutes - a standard answer. We watched people come and go, and others get seated. After 20 minutes I approached the hostess. She said it would be another 10 minutes. So 10 minutes later I approached her, still not ready. I told her other parties of four came after us and were already seated. In fact, parties of two came after us and were seated in booths that hold four. Their seating policy must include bribes, or most likely "friend" upgrades. By the time they finally seated us there were empty booths and tables everywhere. We have two kids and dont have time for their nonsense. When we got our food, I was surprised and disappointed that our Carnitas consisted of mostly fat, and the avocados were mostly brown and stringy.

My family has been weekly guest here for years. Today was a horrible experience. We ordered my grandson 2 side quesadillas. These are no bigger than s small taco with only cheese. They are $0.89 each at Taco Bell. They charged us $10.50 for 2 side "mini" quesadillas for a child. We told the regular waitstaff no kids meals. He never once said it cant be purchased as a side. We were charged $10.50 and ask Pablo to get the manager, Omar. Both were very hateful and really hurtful, as we go once a week, spend 40-60 dollars and leave 20-25 percent tip. They would not take off the kids meal that we were charged for, didnt care, hateful and rude. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know what an upsetting experience this was for us today.

The food and atmosphere were wonderful as well as the live mariachi band, but upon arriving, we saw our waitress to take our order, fill drinks once, and then to pick up our checks after having to have others to do her job. We waited 20 minutes to order and 30 minutes more for our checks. The food is good, but our waitress made our experience undesirable. Other staff were great at service, but one waitress failed to meet any of our needs.

Their food is not good, it always WAY TOO loud and cramped. They try to stuff way too many people in there. The service is always lackluster, it seems as if they are simply trying to get you fed with their mediocre/poor dishes and get you out. On more than one occasion they practically run from the table not allowing you to ask any questions, etc. and they barely speak above a whisper. I cringe everytime someone suggests this place.

This is the second time they have gotten my take out order wrong. And the second time they made me eat the cost of the second trip to get the correct order. The food tastes good - if they get your order wrong at your table, they will fix it. The take out service isnt worth my time. The managements attitude about my experience will keep me from eating their food again, take out or dine in.

What used to be the best Mexican restaurant in Woodstock has become a Taco Bell like experience. Service is terrible, food wait times are ridiculous, and the quality of the food has tanked. After waiting 40 minutes for my meal, it came out cold and wrong. No apology, no offer to make it right. Im not sure what changed in the last year, but it is bad enough that I will never go back.

Best Mexican experience ever. I normally do not enjoy Mexican restaurants, but the incredibly lively staff and atmosphere, accompanied by well-plated, appetizing, and exceptional tasting cuisine at this location won me over. I still cant speak for all Mexican restaurants, but La Parilla in Woodstock on a Saturday night is the best! No complaints.

We love the Canton La Parrilla and figured we would try the Towne Lake restaurant. The food and the services were fine, but unfortunately I think our chicken and steak fajitas came in contact with something uncooked or raw... my wife and I both had food poisoning symptoms within a few hours. Thank you La Parrilla for the gift that keeps on giving...

Found this place on a whim while driving around, and have to tell you this place totally rocks. Food is really good, reasonably priced and large portions. Wait staff is very friendly and management is good as well. For extra added fun, go on Saturday evenings they have a full Mariachi band. We will definitely go back and back and back and back.

Was passing through and decided to stop based off of our experience at their newnan location. Our waitress was amazing, but the kitchen forgot half of out order and the manager didnt bother coming out to apologize nor did they comp any part of the meal. 3 stars for poor service from management and kitchen staff. 5 stars for out waitress.
