Ill start with the food...It is great! Great menu, neat house, but it was very hot inside. Our order came out fresh and correct. Our waiter however was very disappointing. Brought some friends who had not been before. He took our order, we asked for water, but never got it. Food came and still no drink! Waiter told me they had no clean glasses available because they were breaking from the heat! Im not joking. So, after 30 min, I had to get the host up front to get us something to drink. Why he couldnt have used a bar glass is beyond me?! I could see the bar from our table and EVERYONE had a drink! Well, thank goodness I got the glass of water because that was it for us. He never offered me anymore. We were there 2 hours and I got one glass of water. Its a good think I started with a fantastic martini at the bar. Anyway, food came and it was delicious. However, the waiter asked if I wanted my salad out first, but it all came together. Asked for ketchup for my shrimp, but he never brought it. Never came to check on us and ask how the food was or did we need anything. He left the check, but didnt ask if we were paying separate so it took another 20 min to get him to split the check between 2 couples. It came back all wrong! I just couldnt get over the service and no it was not that busy. There were several open tables so Im not sure what the problem was. This may be our last visit and the only visit for our friends.

My wife, a friend and myself couldnt have had a better experience. As first time diners we hoped for the best and recieved better! The service was excellent, he had vast knowledge of his chef and all the food on the menu. The food was some of the best weve had in some time. I had the ruben sandwich, ive had Rubens from here to Maine including the ruben capital, New York, this was at the top and maybe the best Ive ever eaten. My wife and friend had the French dip and have been raving about it ever since. We also tried the rice balls, that sauce man... and we had the best pimento cheese dip in town. For dessert we split the triple delight which was over the top with rich flavor. This place is worth every bite!!!

We stopped in for dinner last weekend and had a great meal, complimented by a knowledgeable and friendly server. I opted for their Angus burger and my wife chose the beet salad and a roasted scallop dish. My burger was excellent and cooked exactly as I ordered. My wifes scallops had her raving the entire evening and being from the Connecticut coast, shes picky when it comes to scallops. I dinged it one star for the limited draft beer selection and overall cost. Its a little pricey for my taste. All said and done, our meal set us back $85 (she had two glasses of wine to be fair) which is a little steep for a "tavern" in my opinion.

One of the best restaurants in the whole Atlanta area. Lots of variety on the menu including sandwiches to filets. The fish & chips are so crispy and plentiful. The so tender filet mignon has the tastyest sauce and vegetables. Dont miss the delicious mashed potatoes. The shrimp and grits are the best. The atmosphere here is always welcoming and cheerful. Porch & lawn seating is lovely but inside is nicely cozy. Best cocktails including martinis and old fashioneds. Server encouraged a taste of 2 different bourbons to decide. Try the charcuterie including the wonderful pate. Great for lunch or dinner.

What a great pub atmosphere with an imaginative menu. We sat on the glass enclosed porch and enjoyed the sunset sipping Creature Comforts IPA and a delicious bourbon cocktail. The Butchers Choice appetizer and Sweet Onion & Fennel soup were a flavorful way to start our meal. We decided on sharing small plates for dinner and chose Fried shrimp, Risotto, and Jack and Coke Pork Belly. The first two were large portions and well done, but the pork belly blew us away! Creamy grits and the sweetness from the glaze almost made it a dessert. We didnt leave a bite for the dog! Well be back.

Never been to Century House before, but will be a more frequent visitor due to our experience. Misty was our server and she was exceptional. Mistys familiarity with the menu items was impressive and every recommendation was spot on. Whenever we got to Century in the future we will always ask for MISTY, one of the best servers we have ever experienced. The food was terrific as well as the portion sizes. We would highly recommend Century House.

Picked a winner. Rainy Friday evening. 730pm. Place was full. Inside live music was just a little loud for me. My wife and I opted for the porch. Waiter was great. Food was outstanding and came out amazingly quick. Decently priced. Did not order any adult beverages but the menu choices where many . As I said we picked a winner. Planning to return wit a birthday to celebrate. Highest of recommendations.

This place is great. Proper good service, Heather was just the best. I wish I could have stayed longer and had a couple cocktails. Food presentation. Was bloody brilliant. Portions wont leave you hungry. I had the vidalia and fennel soup, light, creamy and subtle. On that cold and rainy day it hit the spot. Great #glutenfree options. The cheese and meat selections are tops.

Our favorite restaurant in downtown Woodstock. Always a good selection on draft, and the Prime Rib French Dip is ridiculously good. I dont think Ive ever had a roast beef sandwich cooked to temp at a restaurant before, and they always nail medium rare. Solid burger as well. And Misty is an awesome server! Love her cheery attitude and attentiveness.

Came on a recommendation from a few foodies. I got some sort of fish and the food presentation was phenomenal and the staff was attentive. Price is very fair for the vibe they are trying to set, but the food just didnt really pop to me. It was okay and I would try again based on all the other positive stuff I said but I was just expecting more.

I have pretty much ordered everything on the menu and have always been pleased with my order. I love their mushroom soup, pork belly, salmon dish…and everything else on the menu. They have amazing food and great service. Gustavo is the best! Oh I almost forgot about their coleslaw. If you are there, you have to order a side of coleslaw.

Food was ok but price didnt match the quantity. Huge price tab for a very small portion. For $28 Red snapper they put very little mashed potato stewed around the plate which is a real disappointment with no other sides with a small chunk of snapper. ordered desert which was once again a disappointment. Not worth even a single star

Outstanding. The meat and cheese plates are always tasty and creative. Our favorites include the pork belly, duck, prime rib sandwich, pork chop, and shrimp and grits. Salads and other veggies always taste fresh. Great for cocktails as well and good service. Woodstock is lucky to have Chef Daniel (previously of Bacchanalia).
