Hate the place... Do not fall in to their "Buy 5 get 1" or "Buy 4 get 1"! They jack up the price anywhere from 75 cents to 1 buck! When you buy 5 you have essentially bought the freebie... Great! This is not the worst... The owner will hawk you and follow you around... Like someone is going to steal stick from a place that as the surface area of my walk-in closet. Apparently you are not even allowed to pick up and look at the sticks, I quote "You touch it, you have to buy it" Really? Yes, they have changed location BUT kept the same management team Trust me guy there are other sources for cigars around... Tobacco World for one... or even QT if you want to have the same selection as Truly Cigars. They have lost me as a customer, someone need to teach them how to treat customer with more respect.

I had a baby girl this week, and wanted to celebrate with a traditional cigar. Now Ive smoked maybe a half dozen cigars in my life and I told this to the young guy at the counter. He could not have been any more helpful. He went through the range of cigars and what to expect. From the cheapest and mildest to the more robust and the more expensive. I told him my price range, stated it had to be a "mans" (lol) cigar and left with two Chateau Fuentes; which were an excellent smoke. The humidor was massive, the range was massive and the lounge area looked really comfortable. A top notch experience and I cant wait to go back!

This store has a great selection of Cigars and a knowledgeable staff, but what really makes this place stand out is the option to store your cigars there. If you choose to become a member of this store, youll recieve a storage locker to store your cigars and whatever beverages you like to have while smoking your cigars. This is a great idea and makes the store a great place to hang out, smoke a cigar and watch the game!

This is a great cigar store with a friendly / knowledgeable / helpful owner. If you havent checked this place out yet, you should. The cigar selection has been on the increase since it opened and there is always something new in the humi. Hes also got a good selection of accessories if you need lighters, cutters, etc.

I have been in there twice in the past week or so and love it there. Very rustic cozy place and Phil makes it even better. Phil is very attentive to his customers and makes sure they are taken care of. I am going to be frequenting there and enjoy their cigars and atmosphere. Recommend this place to any cigar lover.

Tracy and the team at Truly are always helpful and friendly. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a cigar and some conversation. The humi is well stocked and well maintained and the lounge area is comfortable. They always work hard to make sure they have the cigars their customers want in stock.

Tracy and Travis are awesome! Both very knowledgeable and incredibly customer oriented. While the selection isnt gigantic, I always find sticks I love there. The selection is handpicked with care with sub-par sticks very few and far between. Great atmosphere to hang out and smoke as well.

Great place! Enjoy watching the games and playing dominions with the other guys. Has an awesome selection of cigars. I really feel like Truly Cigars is my home away from home. Tracy and Travis are great guys and will do what ever it takes to make you feel like one of the guys.

The owners have outstanding integrity, I found the smokers that frequent the bar and lounge to have substance filled and warm conversation, and WOW the blues bands! And yes the humidor has a great selection and knowledgeable staff to guide you to the perfect stick.

Great for Cigars, which is what the name is, but crap for pipes and other tobacco related products. Hopefully one of the larger stores will step in to fill this void in the Atlanta market soon.
