I had to change my rating after my experience today. I went through the drive thru and couldnt find anything on the menu about kids meals. It might have been there and I just couldnt see it, but I asked the employee who was working the drive thru if they have any kids meals. She sounded so miserable. I mean, truly. She definitely hates her job and isnt afraid to let you know. She listed the kids meals and I ordered the chicken bite meal. I then asked her if they have milk. She said "what" as if it were the stupidest question ever. I repeated myself and she said that they do not. So I asked if they had any juice. Again she said "what" and I repeated myself again, this time asking if maybe they had juice boxes. She again asked what as if shed never even heard of juice boxes. At this point a man came over the speaker saying that they do not, they only have soft drinks. Well, I was ordering for a toddler, and I wasnt about to buy her pop. He suggested a water bottle. I then ordered myself a cheeseburger and a small diet. The girl came back on and asked if I wanted an American cheese burger or a checkers cheese burger. I asked the difference and she just said never mind and gave me the total. After I got the food from her while she glared at me and talked to the next car in the drive thru as if her life were the most boring life possible, I took it home and sat down to eat it with my kid. Her food was fresh which was nice, but my cheeseburger was plain. Nothing on it, no sauce, no pickles, nothing. And it was cold. Completely disappointing. I dont plan on ever eating at a Checkers again. Maybe consider having some healthier options for the kids menu and Ill reconsider.

Good food, good service! I have never found hair in my food and, like ALL fast food restaurants, the food is greasy and overall unhealthy. Still very tasty and super affordable as they always have good promos going on. I also just received some awesome coupons in the mail. Sometimes the drive through is super slow and makes you wait forever, but Ive never experienced anything but lightning fast service dining in.

First of all I want to say that the GM Jerome is incredible and that if every restaurant had a manager like this man every restaurant would be number one thats all I want to say I had a problem he fixed it he is the general manager and he does his job very well thank you . PS the food is always piping hot bacon is extra crispy and buns are toasty and always very affordable thats why I love checkers !

never had any issues first 8-10 times i was here, but this last time managament was extremely rude when i was about to place my order lady asked manager if she can continue to take orders and he was like no! you cant you can start handing out drive thru orders first. after i heard the snotty attitude he had i was like yeah screw this not dealing with stupid snotty attitudes.

Fries are always on point and very fresh!! Ate them all before I could snap a photo! I currently visit this Checkers at least once a week. Even on forgetting times or messing up an order which happens everywhere, not all is perfect all the time, management takes care of you with very friendly service.

My son and I stopped by at 10:05PM on a Saturday night (2/4/17). Despite the clearly posted hours indicating that they are open until midnight, and the lit OPEN sign, the doors were locked. The staff must have been left unsupervised, and was clearly uninterested in addressing customers. Wont be back.

Slow and they forgot part of my order so I had to wait an extra 7 minutes. The first time I went there I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes from start to finish. The only reason Im not giving this place one star is because of the friendly and funny service I received.

The foods so dank, I dont even care if I find a hair. The only thing I want out of life now is a bathtub full of their fries that I can bathe in and eat. Baconzilla is Gods second gift to earth after their fries.
