Terrible experience. Ordered a #7. The "hot sandwich" came with cold bread and barely warmed meat. There was hardly any cheese on the sandwich, the meat was dry and sparse, and the onions and peppers were soggy. Moreover, the service is awful. The worst. The employees all moved at a snails pace taking their sweet time making sandwiches and not a single one would look up and ask if a customer needed assistance... even after i stood at the counter for an eternity looking directly at them. they avoided all eye contact. A man that seemed to be the manager there did nothing but sit at the bar and bark orders rudely at the staff. After sending my sandwich back to be heated, the employees did nothing but gawk and stare unabashedly at me like i had wronged them. Terrible experience all around. Do not go here. Get your sandwiches elsewhere.

Good food, but horrible call ahead service. I called one time, was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and tried to call back, but every time I did rang a few times and was forwarded d to a mailbox # that did not take messages. I finally wen up there and the person that answered the phone STILL HAD ME ON HOLD. I told her that and she said "Oh" and hung up the phone. No "sorry about that" or anything. Never had a complaint about the food or the cooks (always friendly), but the register people have got to go!

My first experience at firehouse subs was awesome, I had the hook and ladder without the tomatoe; but I ask to add banana peppers and it was amazing. Oh and I had it on wheat bread. It was amazing. The manager is a good person and believes in good customer service and I hope that a few bad reviews, wont stop some of you; that havent been to firehouse subs make you not wanna eat there. The way they prepare the sandwich was pretty fast to me, the wait wasnt long at all.

Great customer service, great management, not to mention the food was prepared in a timely manner and it was delicious, which made everything that much better. Just phenomenal! Plus, their catering service is just as awesome! Five stars hands down. If you dont eat at this Firehouse Subs then you are definitely missing out.

The service at this location is not very good, but sometimes one takes a it of punishment to have a firehouse sub :) BEST SUBS HANDS DOWN!! The meats are steamed to perfection, if only the service could improve just a little it would make the experience 4 stars

Ordered the Smokehouse Cheddar Brisket sandwich. Most of the meat was fatty and slimey. Drink I served myself from vending machine had something green and algae like floating inside it. Pretty messy place, would never return to this store.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. All the toppings are always fresh here unlike other locations. Management doing a good job and it shows. I eat here every time I visit my cousins out this way and Im glad I stumbled upon it!

They have a bunch of cool hot sauces, decent and good sandwiches. I have never had a Firehouse sub before but I really enjoyed both of my turkey and chicken subs.The food is definitely better compared to other subs chains.

They make a great sandwich. Service is slow even during non-payment hours and they can have trouble with keeping the dinning room clean. Those things dont keep me from coming in, I just know I need more time there.

Your typical Firehouse Subs. Quality and taste are way above Subway but its also more expensive. A meal is about $7-9 for a 7 inch. They have the newer Coke dispensers with the touch screen.
