Fries are the top item here. They are delicious. 5.99 for the large, and it serves 3 people easily. Now for the down side. Yes, the bacon double cheeseburger was good, but not $8.99 worth of good. I honestly could not tell if the cheese was real, or processed cheese food . That simply should not be. A NINE DOLLAR burger should knock your socks off, period. There should not be an ounce of buyers regret. Freddies is almost right next door. 9 dollars there gets you an entire combo...the most expensive one, and not just the burger. Also, $2.39 for a large Coke is also out of line. So, 14 dollars for the burger, fries and coke. I would say 8 to 10 is more in line for the 5 guys experience. Fries: great. Burger: good, but way over priced. Soda: its typical soda, and also overpriced. See you at Freddies...or the del taco down the street.

I absolute love Five Guys and eat at the one in Atlanta all the time but this locations prices are TWICE what they are in Atlanta for some reason. Yes, when the order is right they have the best fast food burgers out there, but they need to get over themselves because it was $30 for two of us to eat 2 burgers, 1 order of fries, and a regular milkshake. $30!!! We could have eaten actual steak entrees for cheaper at Applebees. I guess each franchisee can set their own prices and this one is gouging for the novelty of being the only Five Guys for 30 miles. The two stars are for the great food and friendly cashier, but we will not ever be back to this location because of their prices/value.

Well I just ordered a veggie sandwich NO MUSHROOM what I got was a veggie sandwich loaded with mushrooms and onions. No lettuce no tomatoes no green peppers nothing extra that I ordered. Call the store to complain and it took 10 mins and 2 managers to understand that my sandwich was made wrong. When I asked for a refund the response was I must return to the store today NOT at my convenience it must be today and they are so lame they made sure to say just the sandwich NOT the fries. What ever happened to common sense and appeasing the customer. Welllllll you all can keep the $5 . Fireman subs serves the best veggie sandwich.

Visited around 9pm on Friday night. Service was good, however things fell short when it came time to pay. Almost $22 for 2 small burgers, 1 french fry and two drinks. The best thing was the extensive option of condiments available for the burgers. The outside table we chose was terrible as it severely rocked back and forth. Food and service, not bad however severe points lost with price and overall environment.

I like five guys, the first time I had it was in Philadelphia. The burgers seem homemade but are expensive for kids and I will be honest I dont have small kids so I didnt look. However, the food is great to me and you get a lot! Check online for kids menu before you go, I am sure you wont be disappointed. Sometimes you pay for what you get.

$13 for lunch, can go to Longhorns and eat for the same price. The lobby is picnic table type seating, Probably the worse 5 Guys I have seen so far. FYI Move the potatoes and add more tables Freddys which is in same shopping center is $8.50 for EVERYTHING during lunch (and its awesome). Looks like Freddys can breathe a sigh of relief.

Will not have a return trip... The lobby set up is absolutely horrible with very few tables available for guests, and the staff on break took up two tables..... The staff was served before paying customers. I can spend $50 somewhere else going forward.

When they first opened, it was the best burger place in McDonough. However, tonight my little bacon cheese burger was drenched in ketchup. Not a happy camper after paying over 20 bucks for 2 hamburgers, small fry and a large drink.

Came in about 6:00. Very rude staff. Just worried about getting through to the next person. Cook was super nice and working super hard with how busy it was. SUPER GREAT FOOD, just needed to me a little more customer service friendly.

Good food at an unreasonable price. A burger, regular fries , and drink was $17.20. A little pricey for a burger served in a paper bag (in my opinion). On the flip side, the restaurant was clean and the service was fast.

Not the best indoor seating arrangement and prices are a little steep. However, I find it well worth the price -- Five Guys has become my favorite burger joint since first trying it a couple of years ago!

Way too overpriced for a meal thats nothing special. For what it costs for two people to eat here, you could make enough burgers to feed your family for a week and theyd probably taste better.

Hamburgers great as always but disappointed that it appears 5 Guys has reduced the portions of the fries..Used to be A LOT more in the bag ( regardless of the size ordered ) than now....

Good food but ridiculously high priced. $15 for bacon cheeseburger, small fry and small drink. You can almost feed a while family with that at other burger places. Please fix prices.

Good burger, though a bit overcooked this time yet greasy. Cajun fries didnt have enough seasoning and were lukewarm. Not the norm for this place, so possibly just an off day

Great food like you would expect from a 5 guys and the staff is very friendly and helpful, but the prices here compared to every other one I have been to are a bit higher.

Everything was just ok. Nothing more, nothing less. This place is new but not up to par with the other area restaurants. Ill give it a pass next time.

To much money for the food and they dont give alot of fries like the others. Thats one of the reasons I come to five guys for the bag full of fries.

Would have given them a 5-star rating but the fries were a little old and the branch down in Pooler Georgia always gave us very fresh fries.
