The food is great however I ordered the walnut shrimp and the guy out 15 shrimps in my medium box which my order totaled 17 dollars. Luci I believe her name got upset with him because it was only suppose to be 14 really shes mad about one extra shrimp when I paid almost 20 for my meal. Thats how you lose customers then when I asked for plum sauce I was only given two packets like that can cover all the rice on my tray. Very stingy and tight when the prices are high. Only reason I come to this location is because its close to work but I def.. Rather go to the Camp creek laction. Great food and better service there. BTW the guy who ever he was that took my order was very pleasant though. He must be new.

The food at this location is yummy!!! The only downside is the lunch hour customer service. I tend to withhold judgement when Im in a busy area around lunchtime, BUT thats why they created online ordering. The only problem is when I got there they hadnt even started to get it ready and still managed to get it wrong. Ive been to this location during a less busy time and it was much better. If youre looking for an experience, skip lunchtime. Just want good food? Go for it anytime.

Food was pretty good but environment was not. It took about 20 minutes to get our food ready and only about 3 minutes of it was just waiting in line. They let other people ring up befor she finished our order and forgot some of our order. They only had one cashier, one person serving food, and one person cooking food. There were also dirty floors coverd with food and the table were just a mess. The trash cans were over flowing like crazy.Bad first impression for me.

The people are ALWAYS so nice and the food is usually good.... HOWEVER... I was shocked to find out, after the fact, that their health score was an 89 B! We all have bad days sometimes but to get points taken off for non compliance with hand washing & rinsing fruits and vegetables... THATS BEYOND LAZY AND DISGUSTING! Not to mention dangerous... I wont be going back there ever!

Best portion panda around. Every Saturday we get the family dinner and are not disappointed ( update ) Sept. 3rd the small portion plague has come here as well... food was bland and family feast is now childs feast... will not be returning...

The service was good. The staff is kind. But you can eat better fast food like this in a mall food court. Their noodles are dried out from sitting under the hot lights. They dont stir the food often enough to keep it moist.
