This place deserves less than the one star allowed. After ordering on line and verifying my receipt of items purchased with the cashier, I left without 4 orders of fries even though the bag was full and the receipt reflected what I bought. Honestly after checking the receipt with the cashier and being in a hurry I did not check the bag. However 4 orders of fries missing that totaled to a near 30.00 value? UNACCEPTABLE, PERIOD. Then once Id gotten all the way home and realized the mistake I called to rectify the issue and have the 30 dollars refunded and the fries removed from my order since I didnt get them. The cashier said verbatim that she remembered me and sorry, but theres no way we can issue a refund for that. Well just have to give you a credit next time you come. Flabbergasted by her response I asked to speak to the manager and she said the same thing very flippantly and says next time you come you can get extra fries. At this point I was infuriated and I explained to her how ridiculous that notion is considering all you have to do is post void the charge to remove the extra 30.00 for the items YOU all forgot to provide. In addition to that I dont live close to your establishment and I was only picking up an order leaving my office so there was little chance I would return. I also explained that the offer they were posing was ridiculous as they did not have my name or contact info and would have no way of knowing what my issue was or how to issue a "credit" in the future. She again very flippantly repeated herself and said we can give you something extra next time and thats all we can do. I hung up and swear I will make sure that people go to publix across the street for their wings before they come here. This is exactly what happens when underachieving employees are promoted to management just so corporations dont have to deal with the bad area and the constant complaints. Needless to say no one at my office or my home will be returning.

I had a similar experience like another patron. "Luckily" (not really) I noticed my missing items before I left the counter. Got to the car tasted the fries that were supposed to be extra crispy and with extra seasoning but sadly extra nothing. I went back told them ONLY that I was missing the seasoning (all together) on the fries. They gave me a new order of fries when I would have been happy with them shaking the salt shaker over the fries I already had but I thought great I get extra fries but no the fries still tasted nasty. But before all that happened the service was extra rude. It was an online order so for sure they would get it right and have everything ready by the time I got there. But sadly no, the cashier handed me my order like everything was there, like I said the fries and baked beans were missing. I told them and its like they had an attitude giving it to me the cashier was clueless and so was the cooking staff and management. I think they ignore extra items so they can give you that store credit so they get you coming back. WRONG! Also my wings are disgusting. Tasted them in the parking lot of my job immediately got nauseated and wanted to throw up. Ordered 15 wanted extra crispy Hawaiian, teriyaki and garlic parmesan; all nasty not crispy. WILL NOT be returning at least to this location. Will go across the street to the place next to Krogers or even Pizza Hut and I dont like their over sauced wings either.

Let me just say this the young lady at the front counter was very nice .Secondly i had a long wait which i really didnt mind bye it being Friday night in Atlanta but for my mom too call me and say her wings raw in the inside when she is sick all ready is unacceptable especially when people walked in after me and got there food where they do that at stop playing in the back cook the food right teach youre workers how to treat others who they work with period yall need too tighten up for this too supposedly to be own bye Rick Ross is horrible & my mom was just so disappointed when she called me because she had to bring the wings back smh it dont matter who own do better pissed off customer 01/13/2017

Let me start by saying I wish I could give them a -5 stars!! Waited a hour to get 16 wings, that were RAW!! No Flavor or Seasoning.. nothing!! Fries were cold like they had been sitting out since opening. Staff was very unprofessional seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. Manager argued with an employee for 30 mins about being high, while NO food was being prepared. Then was told by the manager she could NOT give any refunds. Everything was just horrible. Will never go back!!!

I dont know what all the hype is about but those wings are not all that the teriyaki has a horrible taste to it not like any other teriyaki wings Ive had before and the staff is clueless they dont know much about the menu or who had what order and it really sucks that they dont have many choices on combo meals you have to buy everything separate not my choice of wing spots and thats just my opinion

I love Wingstop, but this establishment is an embarrassment. How do you mess up fries twice?? Undercooked, not cut the way theyre suppose to, and NOT seasoned. Also, how do you miss an entire order of wings? And only put parmesan on one side of my wings... Definitely not going to this location again. Maybe when they get better cooks.

Today was my first time visiting this location and I am extremely pleased. Brandon was very pleasant and greeted everyone that walked through the door. He was great with multitasking getting everyones order in. Not to mention today is his first day. Great customer service Brandons. I will tell a friend to tell a friend.

We ordered a 40 piece family meal 10 parmesan garlic, 15 hot, and 15 lemon pepper. We received no lemon pepper and about 30 of what could only be described as hot looking mild wings. We are big fans of Wingstop and this location does not perform to the standards that we are accustomed to receiving..... so disappointed!!!

Service was just ok, but that was to be expected considering the area. Wings were dry, and over cooked, and the fries (like everyone else said) had NO seasoning. This was my first time going to wing stop, and my first impression of them is not a good one. If I ever decide to go back, it would NOT be to that location.

I had been to another Wing Stop location and the wings were mediocre at best. I visited this location and had high hopes for it. The wings were terrible!!!!! The sauce was falling off of the wings. The mild sauce was bland.

Yes they were busy...did not complain till our fries came out Cold....no reason for that...then they forgot about us waiting for freash fries... My husband had to go up and ask after we almost finished eating our wings!!

These wings are beyond delicious. Crispy, good size - not too big or too small, and well seasoned. The blue cheese dressing at this place is the stuff that dreams are made of. Best blue cheese in town! Love it!!!
