The service at 11pm May 6th was terrible. I specify the time because I have been here before and everything is fine. But for this specific set of employees, people that sat down after me were served first. i got wheat instead of white toast. the waitress asked everyone if they were ok after they got their food except me. they were dropping tickets all over the floor (meaning I now have to touch a ticket with god knows what kind of dirt on it and bring it to the register). edit: i bumped this up from 1 star to 3 stars because the other waitress rung me up and asked if everything was ok. i told her what was wrong and she told me not to worry about paying. and heres descriptions of the people working: cook - big black guy. seems like he knows what hes doing. drops orders when theyre called. bad waitress - blonde. the only way any of this would be acceptable is if she is a new hire good waitress - brown hair i think. larger in size than the bad waitress.

Well for starters my server Karen had no personality whatsoever she looked half asleep and we had dirty silverware and just seemed like she wanted us to order and leave as soon as possible. Then she forgot a side and mine and my friends order and when she gave us the ticket she repeated the orders and still didnt catch that she didnt give us two sides. All of had waffles and only 4 sides all together. It wasnt that had to remember. So the order was double almost for something we didnt get. Then the manager was a prick and didnt even look at me when I was there. I told him to take the bacon I never got off and then some staff member said something like oh I know where that bacon went. And where kinda joking about it and the manager was getting on to the server while she was taking an order! I work in a resturant and this was just sad and uncalled for. Horrible customer service skills

Rude rude and more rude! The servers and the cooks are great but whoever they hired to be the "host" she needs to be terminated asap!!!!! I dont know if shes racist or not but the situation went like this...young black man and his daughter was waiting to be seated...(it was a line of ppl waiting) Caucasian party of 6 were behind the gentleman...HOST told the young man he could not sit in a booth with his daughter!!!!!!! And sat the party of 6 in the booth! I asked every one in line if they were sitting at the counter they said no (counter was empty) so i sat down she made me get up and wait in line

I went to the waffle house for lunch today. I havent eaten there in awhile they make really good burgers. Evidently theyve got a new bacon thats not as good as it used to be. But Im writing this because as I sit here looking around I see my server who evidently missed lunch is taking time to eat. Then I noticed she was eating something and then licking her fingers by putting them in her mouth. Thats disgusting. She offered to get me a refill I declined. Wont be stopping here anymore.

Before my friends and I walked in the door the cook was giving us a look of hate. He was leaning on the grill with his arms crossed looking at us walk in and just giving us the stank eye. I noticed him starring at us as I walked towards the door,as i walked in to the restaurant, and as I sat in the booth. I dont know what the problem was but I took my business elsewhere.

Im here two mornings every other month. Foods is consistently good and wait staff is friendly. I typically wouldnt call someone out but the morning manager -Paul- hes a real gem of condescending rudeness. The crew turn over seems high and Id wager hes the reason. When he roles in the whole mood changes with the crew. Like kids whos abusive daddy just got home.

Its Waffle House. If youve been to one, you know what to expect in terms of food and atmosphere. This location is my favorite, though. We love the staff and the service. When we walk in, it feels like were visiting family. Kel Kel knows her regulars and remembers what they normally order. I highly recommend this Waffle House.

Eat here all the time and this is the first time Ive ever been so disgusted I will never go back. I will definitely be calling for some kind of refund tomorrow. Eating dinner with my family and a cockroach crawled on my table and no kind of discount was even offered. I will be calling management tommorow.

Do not place a to go order on Sunday Mornings at 8:30am. Your entire order will be incorrect and you will have to wait for them to fix it and never leave with out checking your order. Two employees argued with me over a $12 to go order. My order was not corrected.

Fast and nice employees but the place has roaches. Roaches on the counter top saw them when I paid for my meal. Yes not one but two nasty nasty nasty roaches. Not hiding but running around on the counter top. Like what the hell. My last time going there.

I have lived in Atlanta for a LONG LONG time.. and this was the first time I went to Waffle house. Its just not that appealing to me. Because theres not a lot of stuff I can eat over here. Pretty much eggs and toast. Which can be easily had at home.
