I ordered from here today for lunch and by far this was the worst I have ever had.It took over an hour to get two lunch specials and we are not even 5 minutes down the street. I ordered bubble tea smoothies and they came with no bubbles. We called back to let them know that there were no bubbles in the "BUBBLE SMOOTHIE" and was told that we picked the wrong thing that was conveniently located online under BUBBLE SMOOTHIES. Not to mention the flavor of it is HORRIBLE. I gave them a call to see if I could get my money back and they made a very disturbing comment when the phone was answered. The guy that answered the phone was very RUDE and I could not believe he was talking to me in the manner he was. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL THEY EVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN..HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

We come here so often but recently service and food terrible. Order cheese rolls and they send spring rolls , they made again and still send same spring rolls. Then did not want and still wanting to charge me. Coming for so long would expect a little respect especially with the person at cash register who knows us. Requested manager or owner to come out but did not or even call me. Very bad experience and importantly food was not what suppose to be. Being at Suwanee park they need to look at local customers and feel that with staff and no ownership it will decline based on bad customer service. Requested for owner to call on my experience and lets see.

Food is good though overpriced compared to other similar restaurants. I live off McGinnis Ferry Road less than 2 miles from the restaurant and after an HOUR AND 10 MINUTES.(Quoted 45 minutes) I still have not seen the delivery driver. I called them up and they said please give an additional 5-10 minutes and hung up on me. ...Just got the food and the order is wrong on a couple of items! Seriously! Not to mention the Eat24 service they use requires tip to be paid up front! So I tip you for service I have not even received. Bottom line - food takes too long, delivery is ridiculous, management doesnt care - gives this place less than a year!

I first arrive customer service good. I told her this was my first time here. I ordered coconut soup. It was nasty no green onion 3 piece of mushroom. Not good. I sent it back ordered a smooth its ok no sweet. I heard her saying in her language that I dont know how soup is. I EAT THAI ALMOST EVERY DAY. Well on $80 I would have spent there and that is just for week. I orded PA Thai shrimp not good. I did like the crab star. Will not go there and will tell others not to go. I hope they read their comments. I was not the only one who said the soup is nasty. They should just stick to Chinese food not Thai.

Easily on par with the best Thai/Chinese food and appetizers Ive had anywhere in the country. The owner is super friendly and fun, and hes always there working to make sure the food comes out how its supposed to. Never had a bad experience here, whether its dine in or takeout. Pot stickers, crab rangoon, yellow curry, sesame chicken, and pad thai are among the best dishes on the menu!!

Ordered for delivery. Time it took for two dishes and a side was just about an hour. That wasnt the bad part. The dishes were terrible. Paid extra for pineapple and there was hardly any. The chicken was fatty and chewy on one dish. The noodles and sauce on the other were so poorly flavored they were hard to eat. Will not give it a second chance.

Got a takeout at Golden Seven a few days back. Ordered the Spicy Basil Thai Noodles. One of the best Thai places I have ever eaten. Serving quantity was generous and service was prompt (possibly because the place was not very crowded) Definitely a must try if you are in Suwanee !!!

I heard the old delivery person got fired!! Probably will go back to ordering delovery instead of pick up!! Great food! I work in suwanne but i live in buford and the new golden seven will be opened here in buford in like late october!!! Im very excited!!

The food is so good, they have all of our favorite Chinese and Thai dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I order in sometimes, the food gets here quickly, is hot and fresh and the drivers are always pleasant.

We got the 2 for $20 deal and it was amazing! The sesame chicken was sweet and delicious. We broke a glass when we were there and the staff were very nice about it. They gave us plastic cups at our new table LOL
