WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called and asked if I could place an order for pick up, and the man said yes. I go ahead and place the order, then ask if they serve cheese fries. He said yes and asked if I wanted cheese fries with everyones order. I told him I would like cheese fries with the adult order only. He repeats the order back to me and everything was correct. When I went to pick up the food, they swiped my card and Im looking thru the bag and dont see the cheese fries. The man (who was the one I spoke with) and woman said I did not order any. I said yes I did. They said for $1.50 more they could add the cheese. I was like, but that was your mix up, I clearly ordered it for the adult fry only, you repeated the order back to me, thats your mix up. They refused to correct it. In fact, the guy walked away during conversation and the woman looks act me rudely and says, "So do you want to add it or not?" I dont like to seem petty and they made such a big deal in front of everyone I was embarrassed, but thats poor customer service and quite honestly I will not be going there again. The food wasnt worth the cost, anyways, and the drinks had more ice than the actual drink. I get theyre in business to make money, but theyve taken it to such an extreme that they are stingy and have no customer service whatsoever. I had 3 small kids with me, and I feel like a scene was being made. I will not be recommending this place to anyone or returning here under any circumstances.

The great reviews of this place encouraged us to stop by for a burger and shake, since that was the wifes pregnant craving. Sadly, we did not enjoy the same experience as many others. The burger was far smaller than the bun and about the size of a cheese burger off the dollar menu at Wendys. I was expecting a large shake for $3.75, but instead got a dixie cup...ish size. The food didnt taste too bad, it was just VERY little meat and a tiny shake for 11 bucks. The family behind the counter could also offer a little more warmth than a blank stare.....thanks is always appreciated as a customer. I guess well hold out for a Steak and Shake next time.

In comparison to the Gainesville burger and shake which made me a loyal customer this one on Keiths bridge Road has many shortcomings. They are focused on money, not you. There is less meat on there burgers and less fries in your order. They are not as friendly. You have to ask for refills which at times almost seems uncomfortable......strange. During one visit the staff who i believe are family got in a fight.....awkward. They have lost my future business but the food tastes good there just isnt enough of it.

The food was OK, but the portion size was small for the price. I had the steak and cheese sandwich which came on a 7" hoagie roll. The roll was buttered and toasted which added to the flavor. But for the same price at other restaurants I could get a footlong sandwich. The shakes were not very flavorful! My wife made the comment that McDonalds shakes were much better than theirs. I probably wont try this place again.

My boyfriend and I were going to go to McDonalds to wait for some friends to go hike Indian Seats. But boy, Im so glad I made him take us here. It was so good for the price! The Mac and cheese bites were amazing and my grilled chicken sandwich was the bomb. I will definitely be finding excuses to come back this way just to eat there.

I love this little hole in the wall. I have been eating here for several years and the food is always delicious. I have literally never had a problem with them. And their fries are so crispy!!!!

This place is a hidden gem. The food is plain and simple but very tasty. Service is excellent too. I had a burger and jalapeño poppers which was very delicious.
