Walked through the door to what looked like a half finished location, Not the normal industrial / minimalist Chipotle look but truly a half finished store. With only 2 people ahead of me I assumed this would be quick, Dead wrong. After 10 minutes of watching the crew make item after item I realized that the people in front of me had not ordered yet. I noticed that the crew was busy filling online orders and ignoring the rapidly growing line in the store. I asked the person who I presumed was the manager if it was customary to prioritize the online orders over the in person line and she said it was and i quote "online orders get priority". Ok moving on.... 12 mins committed to the process and I was determined to stick it out. Finally my turn, I watched a very gun shy teen slop the dregs out of the bottom of the bowl of beans and rice onto my tortilla shell, Ok So not getting Chipotle at its best here but onward... The young lady then proceeds to try and scrape the bottom of an empty sour cream pan producing only frozen chunks which she plopped onto my burrito. Strike 2, but too hungry to protest. Then the final straw. The shredded lettuce was out empty so she carelessly threw a handful of salad lettuce onto my burrito and tried (and failed) to wrap it up. She in her credit called the manager over to help and the manager told her she used the wrong lettuce. Instead of correcting the issue the manager angrily re-wrapped my burrito knocking most of the lettuce out to accomplish this. I then informed her that that was not going to work for me and her response was " whats wrong, i got it wrapped" To that I requested a refund, left the store and headed to my new favorite burrito place for "Moes Mondays"

One of my worse experiences in a Chipotle (and we a frequent Chipotle patrons)... I was ordering a salad so we start with the lettuce. Once its inside the bowl and shes adding rice, I notice its got a lot of pink, strike 1. We get to the meat, I ask for chicken. I get the scrapings from the bottom of the bucket. Its mostly the tiny scraps that usually fall off the spoon, burnt edges, and tough, strike 2. On to the salsas and the pico is largely yellow-ish white-ish in color, not red, frustrating. To top it all off, the staff was just not pleasant. No one was outright rude, but pretty much looked like they hated being there. I wish I had just turned around at the pink lettuce.

Came in 30 minutes before closing and experienced the worse customer service. The girl serving our food not paying any attention to what we were asking for, too busy talking to her friend. Then another girl made me move twice so she can clean the glass while we were trying to order our food. Not to mention she was spraying the food with the cleaner. Never again would I be coming to this location.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The foutain drink machine has mold caked all over the ice and soda dispenser. The chips were stale, the rice was undercooked, the food tasted dirty (dont know how thats even possible) and the food was cold! Even the chicken and beans.

I came in with only one person ahead of me. They did fine with making my steak bowl. Right amount of helpings. Steak was delicious. I took two stars off because they are too slow on the line, didnt have green pepper and chipotle tabasco, and pending liquor license

Ordered and paid for my food online and when I arrived to pick up my order it wasnt ready as they promised it would be. I then had to stand in a long line and wait for my food all while I was on my 30 minute lunch break.Worst Chipotle experience ever!!

Despite the Buford location being much busier, I prefer going to the location. The crew there knows the process and can work at a quick pace. The suwanee location is new but the employees lack training, direction, and soft skills.

Awful, just awful! Rude employees and the food isnt up to par at this location. I was so excited about Chipolte coming to Suwanee, but I would rather drive to Duluth! Horrible experience

The manager there is very nice and accommodating but i went between the last hour and they were out of lettuce. The manager did compensate though.
