Well i just left this location a few minutes ago, and I had to stop and review. We were in line for a fair amount of time and that was the only good thing about it. The music was too loud and the staff really didnt listen to what i was asking for. I wanted chicken in my bowl and she went for the steak. after telling her over and over again that i wanted chicken, she ignored my request and put steak in my bowl. disrespect. Also they give a very very small portion of other ingredients, and when you ask for more they act as tho they will get fired if they put a little extra on your meal. Im paying for the extra, so serve me with a little more respect. Overall visit rating:

Ive been a dedicated chipotle lover for many years. But last night my boyfriend and I stopped into this location and both of us, were very disappointed. We asked for double meat, but double meat looks like a regular size serving compared to other locations I visited. The cashier had to take a phone call in the middle of ringing me up, she had to yell to someone that the person on the phone wanted to know her schedule. After she was done being secretary, she got back to ringing me up. The chips I ordered with my meal were very stale..

Absolutely disappointed with where the quality has ended up with Chipotle.... the meat.... the portions..... sad. I ordered a carnitas bowl and i received two hunks of straight fat and the tiniest bits of actual pork..... sad. When i called to let them know the manger decided to argue instead of listening and taking care of my issue right away. Where has customer service gone? I dont want extra or special treatment. I just want what i pay for..... nothing more nothing less.

My husband and I love Chipotle, but this was Terrible. The people on the line were so fast they were not paying any attention to us. When we got to the cashier and told her she said "we are trained to be fast, I cant do anything about it, bye." Again we love Chipotle, but the people working at this store Need to be Trained on Customer Service.

Placed two large orders here since arriving in the area both times the orders were messed up missing items or took like thirty minutes extra to make despite being pre-ordered online..bright side, every time I place a large order here they mess up and give me two b.o.g.o.f. burritos cards

Do not ever order online. They make half of a burrito and charge full price. there like half of a scoop of chicken in both of my burritos. Last time I paid for extra portion and received a tiny burrito. From now on I will stick to the Fairfield Rd. Location in Beavercreek

This is my favorite chipotle to go to! The staff are extremely nice and always make my day. The food tastes very fresh and better than other chipotles I have visited. I have been here many times and it is always a pleasant experience. Highly reccomend!

Food was great, staff was great, music was so loud it was honestly overwhelming and I could barely hear my wife and son sitting next to me. That part was very stressful, wanted to sit outside and eat to get away from noise but it was 40°F out.

You pretty much had to yell to place order. The food was not good, very dry. The lady at cash register over charged me for stuff I didnt buy. I would not go back again will stick with hot head burritos way better.
