I have been a loyal customer for this location for some time now and ever since May the customer service has been awful. The manager has even made up excuses as to why orders have been wrong due to it being "busy". I have worked in the REAL restaurant business where I have had parties of 18 and got all their meals right but when a person cant add 4 ingredients to a bowl is a bit rediculous also with the fact that there is two-three people taking turns making the order. I have ordered online from them more than 10xs and about 8/10 of those times every bowl has been incomplete and they have compt two of the meals while I was telling them in person what to put on. One time I went in to pick up and it wasnt even finished and while I was watching them make my veggie bowl I noticed that they were out of Guac and instead of telling me they were in the middle of making more or that it would be a sec, they completely just slid it by To the register w/o a word I found out when I opened it to eat that there wasnt any. What if I had gotten myself a chicken bowl and added guacamole and didnt see them do that? They would have charged me for the guacamole that I never got. I have also gotten nasty looks from this employee when I kept telling her I order extra veggies and lettuce and she hardly put any on the bowl. Another time they only filled the bowl half way where at other locations they fill the whole thing up to the top of the lid. This locations is the absolute worst I have been to yet. Only two employees there actually care about their customers while the newer ones are rude. I believe there has been a change in management because I have never been to such a poorly ran fast food restaurant, they make McDonalds look like they get 5 starts.

I travel for work and have visited several Chipotle locations throughout the Metro Atlanta. I have waited several months to post a review about this location, because Ive held up hope that it will get better. But without a doubt I can say this is by far the worst location I have been to. Every time. Let me repeat that. EVERY time Ive been here, they are out of sautéed veggies or meat and I have to wait while the back support staff catches up. This is not just during peak dining hours, but also during non peak hours. The young staff has no interest in hussling and providing good customer service. I can blame only the management in not properly training and maintaining good employees. Im very disappointed and I think this location does a disservice to the Chipotle brand. Tip: Travel the extra 10 minutes south to Windward Pkwy. I eat there during the busy lunch hour and they are always on point. Update: I decided to give this place a shot a few months later. Here I am waiting for both meat and veggies to be cooked. I guess management still hasnt figured it out. So disappointed.

First time to ever eat at a Chipotle; food was fine. Restaurant was a mess, three of the soda options were "out" or broken on the self serve machine, mens bathroom out of order so long line for the womens, garbage can overflowing and tables not cleared. Staff appears oblivious to all the problems. Beware: they charge extra for a few chips with a very small container of salsa, charge extra for Guac...Come on! I really hate the feeling like Im nickel/dimed for fast food. However, the chips had a great flavor with the lime essence. Probably would eat again but another location. And, the value for a chicken bowl versus cost is a bit expensive.

honestly, Ive been to every location in the north Atlanta area! this is the best location i have been to yet! the food is always on the dot to perfection here! and if anybody has a problem with this location, then meet the manager, he will give you the best customer service u will ever receive in a restaurant! I dont know his name but that man loves his job & takes it very seriously. I never write reviews but took my time to write this one due to a Perfect Chipotle Experience! the foods worth every penny here, Enjoy ;)

As a loyal Chipotle customer for years, I was extremely disappointed to see my favorite fast food restaurant providing such poor service at this location. Not only did I barely get any rice on my bowl and the chicken was overcooked, but the staff was rude and had no interest in providing good customer service. You could tell none of the employees wanted to be there. Will not be returning to this location.

Ive probably been here over 100 times because its convenient and close to home. About half the time its great. The other half its awful. This location has abysmal quality control, poorly prepared meals, online orders are frequently 15+ minutes late, skimping on extra meat, etc. There seems to be poor management and quality seems to vary significantly from crew to crew.

Ive been here about 10 times and in comparison with other, better Chipotles, theyre very stingy with the servings and the food isnt properly seasoned. The corn and pico de gallo are always frozen for some reason. Also, the meats are always dry and overcooked. Edit: Decided to give it another shot. They were out of cheese and every surface is disgusting.

This most recent visit to this location will surely be my last, thanks to the rude employees who gave me lip after they failed to listen to my requests and then acted shocked when I asked them to remake my order. If this was the first incident I could let it go, but this is the second incident with the same rude employees.

I agree with everyone else. The customer service at this place is terrible. Not a single employee smiled at us and they were beyond annoyed when I had questions about the confusing menu. They also left part of our order off. We will not be coming back. Moes down the road has much better food and friendlier employees.

Wonderful food! Fast service and amazing staff! I had some pretty awful experiences at other Chipotles and was really turned off by them. A coworker was insistent that I try this one and Im very glad I caved! Much higher quality ingredients than the other Chipotles Ive been to and much friendly staff.

I love Chipotle! Hate this location though. Its always slow service and honestly, the restaurant is disgusting. Filthy, with overflowing trash cans, food all over the tables and floors. We gave it the old college try, and I was so excited when they opened, but after 3 visits we will not be back.

I was not greeted immediately. Floor is filthy and the employee that cleaned the lobby during my visit did not wipe down tables and only swept up maybe half of the mess. Plus theyve got music playing from someones phone in the back that can be heard in the lobby.

This place is okay. The food is fine. This place will not likely get you sick. I only gave it two stars because I dont really care for the food. I believe it to be generally flavorless unless. This is my opinion. You should stop by and decide for yourself.

Not impressed, stale chips, asked for different and got the same, too expensive for the amount of food you receive, we could have ate at Los Rios or El Rio for cheaper and got more food, and to top it off staff was rude!!! Ill stick with moes!!!!
