There is one employee, an older lady with glasses, that is very rude to me in particular from a situation that happened with my boss that I get lunch for. The incident happened almost a year ago. I came in today to get a sandwich for myself and my boss. The lady was making my boss sandwich and rudely brought up the fact that she knew who the sandwich was for and told me she isnt allowed to put extra vegetables on her sandwich. Another man working there was telling her to be quiet. I thought this was very unprofessional of her and even told her I didnt mind paying more for the extra vegetables. Subway is my absolute favorite restaurant and this particular location is close to my work. I do not feel comfortable returning to this location because of the inappropriate service that was given to me today.

Walked in to order a sub. The employee turned his head to sneeze. Although he did turn away from the counter, there were open and uncovered trays of bread and he sneezed right on them. I asked if he knew he sneezed on the bread and he said yes but that he would take better care next time. He was still going to serve the bread. Will NEVER eat here again.

Do not eat at subway Hudson bridge location!! RUDE!! Staff does not know how to say, " who was next please?" I was in today & I wont return bc I was waiting to be helped b4 another white lady came in & I of course being of color, was overlooked & told me wasnt standing in the proper place instead of just saying, who was next please? Sooi easy to do!

Staff was beyond rude. Had an attitude about my order and even made rude comments to coworker about the person behind me. Then they deliberately ignored the customer behind me when she was ready to place order. I will never return to this franchise store!

Just left here and didnt buy anything because the red head girl continuously rolled her eyes at me while I was telling her what I wanted. I just walked out. The service was rude for no reason and unacceptable! Will not return to this location.

I normally eat here several times a month. Ive been coming to this location for three years now (close to my house & gym). Ive never had a bad or negative experience. Sometimes during lunch the line can get long.
