My husband was craving Subway so I decided to order online. When we usually go in there we have to repeat what we want on our sandwiches so I figured if they had it written/printed out they would get it right. WRONG!!! I wanted a ham salad with onions, spinach, cucumbers and mixed shredded cheese with olive oil oh and extra meat. I got a salad with very little meat, no cucumbers, no shredded cheese, onions or spinach. And was given ranch dressing instead of olive oil. But it did come with black olives. So instead of digging into my food Ive had to pick out all the black olives before I could eat. Now on to my husbands order. He wanted a foot long spicy Italian with extra cheese, spinach and black olives. It came with lettuce instead of spinach and NO black olives. This isnt the first time Ive complained either. But itll be last time I order anything from there. Looks like we will be making the drive across town to Firehouse Subs from now.

We ordered good online to be picked up in the store. Online it says the store closes at 10:30. When my husband got up there around 9:50 to pick up our food (I ordered it around 9:30) they were closed. We didnt get out food and they have YET to refund out money back. Ive contacted coorpoorate as well as the store. When I called the store, the last was rude and said that she had tried to call me last night. Nope, I never got a call or anything! She was extremely rude to me when I called. And she said that she would refund my money back. Well that was around 11:30 when I talked to her and I still havent gotten the refund. The owner of the store has been contacted already about this but wont be in the store til tuesday! I would reccomend NEVER EVER ordering food online with them! Ever!

I used to frequent this location. The night staff, at least from what Im used to, is super sweet. But I just went here for lunch and received absolutely awful service. Before asking for my order or even being greeted, the three employees fussed with a salad pickup for a few minutes. They finally toasted my sandwich, but I then waited over 5 minutes in absolute silence while the employee continued working on the salad at a snails pace. At this point, the line is out the door and there are even more sandwiches waiting to be topped. She finally looks up and takes my order but doesnt say hello or apologize for the wait. Just very very slowly tops it off. Ive worked for sandwich shops before and this is just inexcusable. The line was huge when we left.

One girl was nice enough but the other looked mad at the. world. 2 of the ovens were not working properly so sandwiches suffered. The store was very clean. The time was at 3:30pm.
