I went here one night after a close friend of mine tried to commit suicide. Fortunately it didnt work. We came here becauseI thought it would be a great idea and also because ice cream always makes me feel better. Well the person who took our order was rude. I asked for dine in and they put it to go and it ended up sitting on the counter for 20 min (they bring it to you) the manager ended up bringing us our food and the order was wrong. My friend got a double cheese burger with a single patty and no cheese. I thought Id try the chicken quesodillas. I bit into it and realized it was missing the chicken. When my friend went up to order some ice cream the guy taking the order ( the same as before) dropped the cone on the floor as if send a message that we werent welcome here. Overall my experience here was absolutely aweful. I will not come back for any reason.

I go there because its the closest to me and I dont really have much of a choice. 4 out of 5 times they mess something up, More than once I was charged 5 dollars for a empty chocolate dipped waffle cone and didnt notice till I had a very small order. Last night I had an misty misty on my order witch I places right before closing time, somehow they thought I wanted ice cream in it. I noticed it before I pulled out of the parking lot tried to go inside doors were locked went back through the drive-thru and waited theyre already closed down the machine so I asked for a refund which somehow miraculously took 15 minutes and from the time stamp on my receipt too when I pulled back onto Buford Highway I spent a total of 27 minutes at Dairy Queen.

Every time I come here and order at the drive through, whoever takes my order, they act like it is a bizarre request. The attitude perceived is that I need to order what the order taker wants. WEIRD! And when Im at the window, a simple request for ketchup packs or napkins is treated as if I am asking for something strange. I asked for ketchup today and got a nasty look from the employee. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

DQ Grill & Chill - I had not been in a DQ for a long time. I love the new style, very modern, and the food is so fresh, hot and delicious. Philip and his crew were very courteous, someone was always making sure the restaurant was picked up and clean. We will return and bring our friends!!

Must have a lot of New help, they forgot a burger and had to go back...also handed out a cone, change and coupon back all at one time, couldnt even put things away....yet there was a line, for all their speed? It will be awhile before I go back! Food good, help terrible and wait bad!

This DQ is fine. Subtracted 2 stars because I went specifically for the 2 for 1 milkshakes that I saw on a TV commercial, and somehow I was supposed to have a coupon? Their shakes are too expensive to not be 2 for 1, and figure out your promotional stuff. Felt like a trick.

Standard DQ. Never had any issues, food has always been as expected. Been there a few times with teams as well and always had a good experience. Its in a bit of an odd spot in that theres no way to turn left into or out of it.
