I ordered dinner from this Bdubs today and I regret it. I ordered medium size boneless wings and side salad. When I got back to my Hotel, I realize that they were the classic wings. It was Tuesday so classic wings are cheaper but my receipt clearly said boneless wings and I paid the regular price of bonelsss wings. Anyway that is not my main concern, I dont like classic wings and I always order boneless wings. When I called the restaurant I was transferred to guy who had to check with his manager on what they can do since they messed up my order. I had asked for a refund or gift card as I did not want to drive back 20 minutes to their place. The guy put me on hold for a bit while he checked with his manager. He told me that the manager said that I would have to come back to the restaurant bring all the items and then they would check everything and provide a refund or store credit. My point is that YOU are the ones who made a mistake and screwed up my order and why do you expect the customer to pay for it by driving back with the food. They know that most people will not drive back and its just a lousy tactic to cover their screw up. Dont get me wrong I love BDubs but I am not sure if I want to come to the Morristown location ever again.

Ive gone 2 times in 2 weeks and every time Ive gone, both servers complained about their tips all because both times; one of my friends gave exact change to pay for their order......even though we were going to leave an actual tip on the table before we left. Just because were paying for our order doesnt mean were going to tip you right as were paying, maybe if you wouldve waited another 5 minutes youd realize we left your freaking tip on the table. They try to make you feel guilty that "we only make $2 and hour and cant afford to provide for a family....well maybe you shouldnt work at a job that pays that? The food isnt even that good and takes forever to come out. Since this happened 2 times for no reason, this will definitely be my last time.

Let me start out by saying I have been to this place 3 times , each time hoping that things had changed ! Service is poor , meaning 25 min to get a Diet Coke in a half empty restaurant with waitresses standing around talking cause there bored , food was awful , cold and tasteless , even after addressing issues with the manager on the 3rd visit I refused a free meal and paid my check and left nicely , if you want a real Buffalo Wild Wings go to Johnson city fantastic place been there 20 plus times and always great service so good in fact I dropped a 100 dollar tip twice because I was treated respectfully and honestly

My kids and I came in for lunch, although there wasnt anyone at the door to seat us, Kaylyn was excellent! She remembered exactly what my kids drinks were. We were served fresh food. Hot and delicious. Kaylyn also got whatever was needed without question. The manager on duty was attentive as he walked through checking on all orders that were brought out. Love this bdubs!

If youre pregnant this should be your last option. Ive been sitting OVER AN HOUR still no food, waitress just threw the drinks on the opposite side of the table walked away.. NO TIP FOR HER! I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone only thing worth getting is the strawberry lemonade literally!! Beyond disappointed!!

When we got there no one was there to seat us. The food took a while, we waited for like 30 minutes or a little bit more. The wings were not hot when I got them but they tasted good. Just alot of waiting is the downfall.

The food that we got was great. The first 3 things we tried to order werent available. The door greeter......well he needs a new line of work. His job is to greet and make people feel WELCOME he failed miserably.

Probably the best environment to a restaurant in Morristown, TN I have been too. I will let you know how the food was when it gets to my table. Food was fantastic, you got to eat here just once people lol.

Great wings & so many choices. Brett my waiter great. Tried a few draft beers. Lots of choices. Boneless wings & the new loaded tater tots terrific. Nice meal, great service. Will be back.

This B-dubs kinda sucks! Over priced and not that good of food as the others I have been to. The service is good, but the food just isnt up to par with other B-dubs Ive been to.

Incredibly long wait for dry cold food (50 minutes) Remember folks, they have a 15 minute lunch guarantee, you get your food for free if they dont bring it in time.
