Ive been there twice, and the food is great. The wait staff need some serious training. I thought it was just our waiter the first time but then began watching all the other waiters/waitress, the second visit . All of them seem like they would rather be somewhere else ,they dont smile, we didnt get a greeting when we came in, and when we left the front host didnt even acknowledge we were leaving with a thank you come again . They dont keep your drinks filled ,you have to ask for a refill. What they are doing is talking in a group about their social lives and complaining about the customers that will be tipping them . As a person that has worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 yrs I recommend they get more training .You have to enjoy hospitality to do it and do it well because it is not an easy job , it will be well worth the effort and your tips will reflect that . The food is great.

The functioning of the staff was disorganized. What seemed to be the manager brought us silverware but didnt offer to take our drink order. We had to wait 15 minutes before I went to the hostess and asked for drinks. The hostess found our waiter whom apologized and said he was working a shift for a waiter that was fired. I would also suggest more sitting in the waiting area. The pretzel bites appetizer was 10/10.

Worst experience EVER. We sat there for 2 hours (party of 16) and they waited 45 min to take our order then brought the food out table by table (5at a time) every 20 min. We NEVER got our food and were informed each of our tickets were put in individual even tho we were a group and 3 tickets were STILL ahead of ours. No manager came, no apology... Nothing! We left still hungry! And the restaurant was NOT packed!

Visiting from Akron, OH and we almost ate at Cheddars but decided to come here. What a great decision. Our food was great and our server, Brittany, was awesome! We were not greeted when we walked in while 3 staff members held a private conversation for at least 30 sec before asking how many people needed to be seated. The hosting staff will not change our 5 star review, Brittany made up for their rudeness!

Stopped here while visiting the area.Great food! Everything tasted fresh and it came to us hot . It was exactly the flavor we ordered. The service was good -we didnt have to wait very long and the server was attentive. She made sure we had refills on sodas and checked on us in the correct manner- not too often, but didnt make us feel ignored. Next time were here will be back !!!

We got seated right away! Our server did an excellent job! He kept our drinks refilled. Always was checking on us to make sure we had what we needed! The food was great! I love the Bourbon BBQ Wings! I tried a beer called "Cougar Bait". It was really good. I had 2 large glasses since I easnt driving! Would highly recommend it!!!

The food was good, the service was friendly, but service time was horrible, we had to wait so long on our food, people that ordered after us had their food and finished eating before we received our food. Going to give it another chance, but if that happens again will not go back.

VERY SLOW SERVICE. WE WERE LEFT SITTING WITH NO REFILLS ON TEA WHEN OUR MOUTHS WERE BURNING FROM HOT WING SAUCE. WINGS FRIED REALLY HARD AND THEY WERE VERY SMALL. RANG PRICE UP WRONG FROM WHAT SERVER TOLD US. BUT DID REMOVE THE EXTRA FROM THE BILL. VERY MEDIOCRE PLACE :(

Atmosphere was good, service was great, my order was not right the first time, but was corrected, food was average, and they were out of onion rings at 5:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon on a day that U.K. is playing, I will continue to drive to Lexington for wings.

Good food, but they cannot get an order straight. In the restaurant we ordered boneless wings and a buffalo chicken sandwich they gave us bone in wings and a burger. Recently ordered online for a classic chicken quesadilla received a barbecue quesadilla instead.

Great wings. Try the sweet thai chili sauce. Edit 5-14-17: Took over 1 hour to recieve food while tables that arived 20 minutes (and had more people) after us recieved their food before us. Review adjusted to 2 stars from 5 stars because food was still good.

First and last time..prices way to high....fries where mushy and not fresh had to get another order which was hot and fresh...onion rings way over cooked...got another order same way to hard and crumbled...Tea was watered down..the waitress was good.

This place is awesome. I was there with my child and husband, and our waitress was Sidney. She was wonderful. Very helpful in picking out what we wanted and very very polite. We enjoyed our food and our visit very much. We will be back!

WORST service ever had seriously. Unorganized, slow and still cant get an order right. Ive gone twice, and last time waited 2 hrs to not only get food, it wasnt even ready, no apology, no Manger. Piss poor excuse for management.

Good food...good service...ate here after playing golf with freinds....we got fast and courteous service and was in and out in 35 mins. Food was on point and as ordered...we had a mix of burgers and wings...everyone was happy!

The food is a bit pricey, and sometimes we have to wait for our food for a long time. However, it is a good place for wings and the food is great. They have outdoor seating as well. The service gets the 3 stars not the food.

I was surprised at the quality of the wings. They came out with a lot of sauce on them. The waiters and waitresses where really busy so you might have to get ones attention to get a drink refill but a nice place still.
