There is something that I need to state/get this off of my chest but despite the fact that the food is good from my perspective, I would like to state that the manager of this facility isnt even courteous to his customers and that he easily throws a tantrum. This is highly unacceptable and Ive gotten calls from other individuals stating that they despise the manager due to what he has done, how can you expect to run a business in this country if you cant even speak or comprehend the language? When I had started working there, he treats his employees like crap because he is "pretentious" and that there are no benefits of working at that facility in Cumming. If anyone is looking to apply there, please be cautious of the manager, I quit my job 2 days ago due to a conflict that the manager and I had. Why? Well, Ive called him due to the fact that the paper wasnt even printing for me to give out the receipts to the customers and he had the audacity to throw a tantrum and Ive just "lost" it. After weeks of having to endure it, Ive had enough and quit. Fortunately for me, Ive already found another occupation for me to do and I can say that it has a alot of benefits than working at J.Buffalo!

So I was around this place, and I was hungry for Wings. I googled and this was the closest place for Wings. And I was excited to try this one out. I went inside the restaurant eager to try some flavors. As soon I reached the Counter, I realized that the Manager (Lady) was not at all courteous. She asked me what I wanted in a harsh tone, and I said that this was my first time here and wanted to try some wings. I then said that I just wanted to taste 2-3 sauces so that I can decide on which flavors I would want on the Wings. And she said NO. You have to order first and then we will cook. I said I just wanted to try some sauces so that I could decide on the flavors. And she was totally Angry and said that there are too many flavors. I was so pissed off, and I said "Thank you for your time" and I walked out. This happened last night (11/11/2016). I am not sure who that lady was, but I felt very unwelcome. I usually do not give reviews. But in this case I felt like people needed to know. I would surely try out this place if the staff is welcoming. Thanks. (BTW I want to give the Staff Lady a BIG ZERO!!!

Just ate at this location and I can tell you Im not coming back I order 10 piece wing combo with fried rice and got fries instead so I told the cashier about it and she wanted to charge me 1 dollar extra then I asked if I could speak to the manager and it was this rude lady that all she did was scream and wanted to charge me 2 dollars extra now instead of 1 dollar what kind of costumer service is this???? Well.. At the sum of 46 bucks for chicken wings for me and my friends.. I didnt get what I ordered and when I told the lady that took my order she argued with me saying I didnt order what I was telling her.. I ordered honey BBQ wings not buffalo... So I ended up eating buffalo wings anyways cause she wouldnt change it out... Then they wanted 50 cents for extra ranch for my kids.. After spending all that money and not getting what I ordered.. So yeah. Wont be back. Bad customer service and poor communication with the people who work there.

Food Poision - Stay Away I ate here at 4pm on a Friday and I vomited their food up the next day at 4am. I was sick the entire weekend. I am reporting this restaurant to Health Department today. I discovered they have failed half of their food safety ratings over the last 3 years. You have been warned.

Employees were sleeping on the booth in the back when we walked in...there was noone in there ...saturday afternoon.....ordered our wings..had a line for a tip on the bottom of the receipt...i hate when places do that....got home and the "wings" were microsopic.....got to step up your wing game J Buffalo

The food is pretty good, but this location is starting to get pretty dirty. They dont put out new ketchup bottles, instead they marry old bottles together and its disgusting. Not sure wtf they are doing, but it tastes gritty and foul.
