KAYLA...this woman is RUINING your brand/store. I visit this panda express once a week. EVERYTIME I come in and served by Kayla, I leave upset. She just doesnt listen. Its not hard to follow instruction of the customer. She is SO rude and abrupt. Last visit I told my wife about my experience and HER specifically (2 weeks ago). Today, my wife was with me and experienced exactly what I was telling her about. Theres no need for bitchiness, especially when most of the customers during this time are returning from a long hard day at work and just want a meal. There are dozens of chinese options in this area alone...I think Ill try other places from now onward. If I do come back, I will most certainly refuse to be served by her. She makes it very obvious that she HATES her job. Instead, how does this establishment leave an idiot in charge?

Welcome to Panda!! I love panda express. I get the veggies because it makes me feel a little better about myself. They have quick, fresh, hot, and delicious food here. When I came in some executives from the company were there. It was great to see them go around to every employee and talk to them like a real person. Super high energy. If food came out any faster here, it would break the sound barrier. Love the crab racoons! They are one of my favorite parts; they are always hot, fresh, and tasty here. They dont water down the red sauce either. The fortune cookies could be a little better based on my experiences.

Fast food, but with actual vegetables! A nice variety of the usual Chinese-American dishes -- kung pao chicken, beef with broccoli, etc. Dining room was bright, spacious and clean. Service was fast and there were offers to taste different dishes. A generous helping of fried rice, two meat stir fries and a bottle of water ran about $9.00. No trouble parking, and this may seem odd to mention, but there are trees around the parking area making it shady and pleasant. Theres also a drive thru, which Ive not tried but plan to on a return visit.

Update: Ive been back to this location quite a bit. They seemed to have fixed their timing issues and I seldom have to wait very long to receive my order. Up to 4 stars. Rating: 2 stars - Food is pretty good, better than traditional take out. This location can never get their timing down. Every time I go through the drive thru, they ask me to pull and wait another 8-10 minutes. If that wasnt enough, they never deliver on that, it is usually 15-30 minutes extra. Avoid this place unless you have an extra 30 minutes to wait.

When I first pulled in to Panda Express today I thought to myself, " Lets get some fast food Chinese on the fly and deal with the health shattering consequences later". After one bite of the spicy pepper chicken I cried.., it was as if Da Vinci himself had painted a masterpiece of flavor on my tongue. After several minutes of joyous tears I pulled myself together, finished my meal and started a new life. I have been five years sober since that day and am the youngest VP of the company I work for. Thank you Panda Express.

“I was told that Panda Express could do Chinese food well. I was told it was good food and a place where you go with friends.This was my first time eating food from any Panda Express location...ever. I am VERY disappointed. My order was put in wrong, and in my hurry, I came home with not only the wrong food, but also not enough. The food that I acually received was bland, cold, and it outshined the staff. I am angry with myself for trying this place out in a hurry. Its AWFUL

Service was fast, Ordered Orange Chicken and Fried rice, both was great even though my rice was luke warm and cold at the end of the meal, but the crab rangoon i ordered and the eggrolls was both burnt and basically inedible, asked for sweet and sour for my eggrolls, didnt get them which i suppose is fine considering as mentioned before the eggrolls was burnt and i just threw them in the trash bin. Was quite disappointed overall

Pulled in at 935pm doors were locked a few cars in drive thru. Slowest service ever, intentionally took orders as slow as possible. When I finally got to speaker lights shut off and they played the sorry we are closed recording after I sat there for at least 20 minutes. Why not at least send someone out to let me know I was going to be turned away. Horrible customer service. Will not be back.

Manager and the incompetence of the staff is OVERWHELMING. They are lazy. Jenny and Juliana need to leave the evening shift. It sucks in the evening. Jennys attitude toward a customer complaint is horrible. She needs to be trained better than to just lie to a customer in regards to their order.

Its not the most authentic Chinese place in the world (meaning not at all), but I like it anyways. The food always seems to be fresh at this location and they give a small military discount. My favorite items are the mushroom chicken and shanghai beef. Their sweat tea is also very good.

Do any of these people have taste buds? The food at every panda express is awful, the soy sauce never tastes right, I gave them 3 tries but each time the order was wrong and the food wasnt very hot, and the staff isnt very friendly. Fast food Chinese just shouldnt be a thing.

Couldnt give less than one star. Customer service was with an attitude, and food was not edible. Notably the noodles were very dry. We got 2 meals and ended up sharing one to both eat. Will not be back!! Wish I had read reviews before eating here!

This place is unprofessional i saw the way management treats there employees they may be young and do not know OSHA regulations but i do and the way your management harassed there employees when i visited is unacceptable. Im so disgusted.

Waiting I. Drive through behind a car for good. They should have had the car pull ahead so that I could have received my order. The cashiers name was name Emma. She was rude when I explained my concern to her. His is unacceptable!

Two trips in a row i was given the wrong order completely only to find out once i arrived home. Also out of dr.pepper for 3 days straight and no soy sauce in the restaurant. I love panda express but ill never go back to this one.

This is my favorite Panda. The staff is always friendly and caring. I love donating my change here and hearing the bell go off followed by an energetic staff yelling "thank you." Which is why I always come back

Pretty much the only fast food chinese around. Ive been going here for 8+ years and they always have a high health inspection. The drive through is fast, but the employees arent the nicest around.

This fast-food restaurant has decent semi-Asian food and ok service. The Kung Pao chicken is pretty good if you like spicy food. The Orange Chicken is good if you like sweet, fried food.

I frequent this location after work when I dont want to cook. Only had one incident when the food tasted a bit off, but the drive thru is always fast and the employees have been nice.
