I have ordered from this restaurant several times previously and been happy with the results. Today was a different story. I like the fact that I can order online because it is easy. Today I ordered soup, a small entree and a lunch combination at around 3:15pm. The web site clearly states that lunch is served until 3:30. About half an hour later, I received a call from the restaurant telling me that it was too late for lunch and that there would be additional charges. I informed them that I had ordered in plenty of time for the lunch price to still be valid. She told me that I was wrong and that lunch was only available until 3pm. I informed her of the info on the web site... and she also insisted THAT was wrong. I told her to cancel my order. She said she would give me the lunch price. I said, "Did I not just cancel my order?" She said, your food is ready to leave! Fine, Ill take it. I cannot believe that she would wait until AFTER food was prepared to inform me of a price difference. 40 minutes after the phone call, my food still had not arrived. So, I called her to inquire where this food was that was supposedly on its way out the door so much earlier. "It will be there any second." CLICK! She hung up the phone! It was another 5 minutes (plenty of time to drive from the restaurant to my home) before the food arrived. Never again.

BLAH BLAH BLAH! We waited for 1 hr 15 minutes to get our food. We called the restraunt after an hour and was told that it was on the way. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and steamed dumplings. When we received our food the dumplings were rancid. The dumpling itself had dark specks on them, meaning that the dough had been bad for a while, and they smelled HORRIBLE. The sweet and sour chicken that we received was old, cold and almost inedible. When we called to complain about our order we were told that we couldnt receive a new order of dumplings tonight but that we could have a credit for the next time we ordered. After explaining our dissatisfaction with what we have received for 20 minutes on the phone, we were finally told that if we wanted a new order tonight that we would have to wait another 45 minutes on top of the hour and 15 minutes that we originally waited. This particular order was half of our dinner that we were feeding to our two small children and my pregnant wife. We order from Dragon China quite often and we have NEVER received such service as we did tonight. This is definitely not a way to run a business. I expected much better than this.

I ordered for the first - and LAST - time from Dragon China last night. I used the online ordering system which runs very slowly. The food came quickly - actually too quickly for it to have been freshly prepared when you calculate in the time needed to drive to my home for delivery. The egg roll filling tasted terrible, and it was not hot nor crispy - had obviously been sitting a long time. The entree had a weird taste as well, and the chicken was slimy. A lot of the food ended up in the trash. To top it all off, the food made me very sick - I was up until after 3am with nasty intestinal issues, and my stomach still hurts this morning. Never again from Dragon China. YUCK!!!

NASTY. Ive been to quite a few chinese places and this is by far is the nastiest i have ever had. I got the crab ragoon, 2 orders of the triple delight and 2 egg rolls. The triple delight was disgusting all of the meat was over cooked and chewy, the sauce was gross. Ive never had brown sauce taste so disgusting. The crab ragoon was nasty as well no flavor and it didnt even taste like cream cheese. The egg rolls was as if the cabbage was old and they deep fried it anyway. Needless to say i will never go back dont waste your money

Chewing on the food as I type. Didnt have high expectations because of the reviews, so maybe thats where Im getting my point of view. But its not bad. The kid who rung us up wasnt more than probably 10 years old. lol. And whoever answered the phone sucked!! She immediately said "Anything else?" After EVERYTHING I said and she talked SUPER fast. Obviously rushing me off the phone. I hate that! But I really love this rice!!! =) its got kind of a smokey flavor.

This place is on some humbug. The lady on the phone was rude.said she was charging $5 delivery charge which I was ok with. Then said how much you tipping driver? I asked what the delivery charge went to and she said the driver. So I was like no Im not tipping he already getting a $5 tip. She proceeded to say then we dont want your business and hung up on me. This is after the fact I had to have a $15 mininum for delivery. ..

Sweet and sour overly cooked so they sent out better a few weeks ago Tonight I found egg shells and a long hair called she brought it out and told me to find a different place that they werent right for me cuz they have to keep fixing my orders are you kidding me you dismiss me because yall cant make good food usually the food is good but when its not and they fix it they dismiss you for their mess up how rude can they be

The food is amazing, and they deliver it quickly for only $2. Online ordering is easy to use, but they never give you the free food from the coupon if you do use the site (ex: free eggrolls if you spend $12). General Tsos Chicken has the spicy symbol, but my toddler eats it happily (which is perfect for me); ask for extra spicy if youre looking for more heat.

What a horrible restaurant. Placed an online order, received confirmation email and waited. Called twice and was told that it was on the way. Finally at the 2 hour mark was told that they never got the order. No manager, no apology. You would be better off foraging for food in a dumpster than to order from this joke of a business.

Food was hot but had been sitting under a heat light for a while. Tasted very gummy. I was willing to return the food to be re-made, and I was told they were to busy. NEVER EAT FROM HERE! They even sent a 7yr old boy to my door to deliver my food. Food is DISGUSTING and child slavery still seems to exist!

I get lunch from here 1-2 days a week. Sure, sometimes I wait a little longer than others, but overall its good food. I have used their delivery service and 1 time I did wait over an hour to get my food. Overall, I would recommend this place, as their food is good and very affordable.

I ordered for delivery on the phone and a guy answered he was rude and impatient probably not going to order from them i dont even know if im hungry anymore he kinda got me upset... Bad costumer service!!! I dont ever rate places but i just felt like i had to say something

My food was amazing, they told me many of the items are hand made right in the restaurant. The woman who took my order was clear, consice and knowledgeable. Then my delivery driver was friendly and efficient. Ill order again. I suggest the empress chicken.
