I went here yesterday. I did nothing but go in and order my food I was not rude and was in a hurry. I didnt care for what was said by an employee. Both managers were standing in front of me and heard what was said. Nothing was done nor was I offered an apology. It wasnt that cute to me in fact I was very offended had I more time on my hands would have made a big deal out of it. the food was good but due to the lack of real management (oh well management) and customer courtesy. I feel like I should spend my money else where. I wont be back nor will I recommend this place to family or friends.

Overheard a conversation between one of the staff and a cook. The staff member was complaining about the wait time for a veggie burger. The cook said it would take 6 minutes. The staff member was complaining that it didnt take that long. The cook replied that if she wanted him to serve raw food then he would. I dont care if its a joke or not. I dont think thats something you say when working with food.

Rude employees rush customers at drive thru , didnt give all the food in the bag and had to drive back. Coffee was cold . and my hash browns were hard and crunchy . the druvevthru girl was to busy on her phone and was still on her phone when I had to drive back and get the rest of my food that they didnt put in the bag and she didnt even apologize.

The people at front counter always ring my order up wrong. The night time drive through cashiers are no good either. The food is hot and fresh but the people who work there cannot get my order right. Ever. Avoid this restaraunt at all costs or some teenager on a cellular device will ruin your dinner time expirience.

Everything was fantastic...food was hot...restaurant was very clean and Pamela was above and beyond any employee that has ever taken care of us...she made our whole day...Thank you Pamela...God Bless You...thanks for making sure they put enough mayo on my chicken sandwich...lol
