Ive been eating at this place for a few years now. Thats more an indictment of the selection in the area as the good is average at best. I wish there were a category for service thats lower than poor/fair as it doesnt do justice to areas that are merely poor or fair. The on-site staff acts as if youve interrupted them and the persons that answer the phone have gotten progressively worse to the point where chosen to take my business elsewhere. They are absolutely rude even when just taking your order. This is especially do when calling in. Do yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere. I agree with the other reviewer thats mentioned that the delivery persons are usually pretty nice.

When you walk in the waitress doesnt even greet you. She just stared me down and when I walked up to the counter she shamelessly asked me, "what you want?" She didnt even use proper grammar. I would have just left, but I was picking up food for my brother. When I got home to give him the food, I tasted it and it was a bit undercooked. Worst restaurant experience ever.

I ordered braised wings, lemon pepper chicken and fried rice. The rice was good the lemon pepper chicken okay. The braised wings were covered in a thick red sauce. The wings were super soggy. I called them back to let them know and she told me to order something betta next time! Not only that the delivery guy told me to stand outside and wait for him. Really?!

Great Food.....BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!..Live within delivery range..less than 5 miles.They Deliver numerous times to my address...now all the sudden they stop delivering to my address...Going To New China in Forest Park..they dont deliver...But at least i can have GREAT FOOD...AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am from up North and have yet to have good Chinese food this place by far is the best that I have tasted I love the Singapore mei fun it reminds me of home I also ordered shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg rolls and they were wonderful as well

This place doesnt deserve one star. The delivery took 1 1/2 hours to the US Xpress terminal after the lady on the phone told me 30 minutes.
