Oh. My. Goodness!!!! Where do I begin?!!?!! Staff- Excellent, our waitress was literally lightening fast, with ordering, drinks, refills, and our food came out in a flash... Seriously, I havent received that kind of service in a VERY long time! Food - Chips & Salsa, good heat, chips were the best, very thin, strong, and unsalted, perfection! Appetizer - We decided on the La Parilla Dip, and holy moley, it is soooo delicious!!!!! That bowl was stuffed with steak, chicken, and shrimp in a deep, rich blanco dip. I could have ordered that just for my meal ALONE... it came with tortillas, and it was great on both those, and the tortilla chips. Main dish - I chose the Chimi Rica, and it was STUFFED with meat!!! came with everything you could think of, and being that it was a chimichanga with rice and beans, I had to go for it! Husband ordered the Burrito a La Parrilla, with steak, and it too, was cooked to perfection!!!! For a $35 meal with appetizer and drink, it blows out the big named restaurants out of the water, and the waitress was tipped WELL due to the excellent service and attentive attitude! If I could put 6 stars, I WOULD!!!

Worst experience at a restaurant ever! So a storm rolls in tonight that sets of the fire alarms and we had to sit through at least 10 mins of ear curdling sirens and our waitress never once came over to tell us what was going on. No one was panicking lights were still on and customers were still coming in the doors but a lot left too because it was that bad. Since we had ordered our food like 15 mins prior to this madness one would think the food would be out soon that was not so. We never heard an explanation from our waitress or management as to what happened. I overheard another server tell her table there was nothing they could do but wait til the fire department came to turn it off. I stayed b/c I wanted to enjoy a nice meal with my daughter and I picked your place even after the credit card scandal etc b/c local businesses deserve 2nd chances. However to NOT have any management offer free drink free cheese dip or coupon to come back or just an appology for having to endure that migraine enducing noise is just poor . No one was offered an appology. Then to come home and have the meal upset your stomach too. Just done.

We are friendly Hispanics and as the moment we walked in I felt very uncomfortable. Most people in the environment gave us dirty looks and we were stared at until the moment we got to our table. I found it very unnecessary for the lady that dispatched us to our table sat us all the way in the back separated from everyone. And mind you it was not busy at all. And as a waitress I know the difference between busy and its not. I have much patience and we sat there for 25 minutes not even getting our drinks attended. Many waitresses passed and just looked by. Many groups of families came in after us and were attended immediately after coming. My experience was not good at all.

Such a pleasant experience! I normally do not like to go to this location because its so busy, but now I know why! The service was extremely friendly. It was my mothers birthday and she had a blast. Not only did they give her a complimentary dessert, but they sang to her and let her wear the sombrero. At the end of the meal, they brought out a printed picture they took of us in a cardboard frame. That was a first for me, and was grateful for it! The steak tasted delicious and fresh, unlike when I have been to Mexican restaurants previously. Very happy with visit!

Visiting from NY. We arrived and asked for a booth. Then rethinking it asked if we could sit outside. We were told they were expecting a large group of 17. Right before we were seated the "large" group came and sat inside! The tables outside were empty. Then after a half an hour, our food came sizzling hot & burnt. How does chicken with pepper & onions on a skillet taste like burnt ashes? If it wasnt for the beans, lettuce, tomato, guacamole with cheese & sour cream! Thank God for the free pepperments!

We eat at the Mcdonough restaurant twice a month. The food is good sometimes its a little loud bad acoustics in restaurant the sound is amplified by the ceiling . It has a wait most nights but it is well worth it. We are not big drinkers so I cant tell you about the drinks. The burrito la Parrilla is the best. Aaac service heating and air Mcdonough recommends giving it a try. Go on a week night first so you dont have a long wait.

My Favorite Mexican Restaurant. Amazing chips, salsa, cheese dip, and menu items. You might have to wait to be seated but its worth it! Staff is attentive. I love their fish tacos! The drinks taste spectacular and will give you the warm feeling a full bar can offer. Nothing better than delicious margaritas and chips with salsa. Family-friendly but also a great date spot...

Terribly long wait because they didnt have enough bussers! One of the two was in no hurry and paid more attention to the TV instead of the table it took 10 mins to clean. Hostesses couldnt get people seated at empty tables...servers had to help out all around. This was Sunday night. At the end our server was pleasant and the food was okay. Chips very good but wont go back.

This was my first time eating here. Its always busy so I assumed the food must be good... and I was right. We were seated quickly, they brought out the chips and salsa before we had our drinks and they as well were served quickly. Our food was delicious, and came out fast. Our server was good as well. They didnt disappoint. I will most definitely be returning!!!

I got here by luck and Im glad I did!! I got the pork enchiladas. Do yourself a favor and order them. Big portion! The margarita was also great. The manager found out it was our first time and surprised us with a treat to die for. The other great thing was the chips and salsa....oh men, they are addictive! Also a great place for couples with kids. Great prices.

The service and food have gone done tremendously in recent years. I have gotten sick three times and once put it all together this place was the common factor. Im not sure what they are doing different but last time we went the entire family got sick in some form. Definitely never going back. Service is good is the only plus I can provide.

Had an excellent evening, food was delicious, they were packed but got us in under their 25 minute wait quote. They had a 7 piece mariachi band playing, and from what i could tell they were great. Johnathan our server was very attentive and personable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone
