I normally enjoy Panda Express, but this one gave me my worst teriyaki Chicken experience ever. I went through the drive through at 8:45 on a Friday, it moved super slow. The lady taking the order didnt understand when I placed an order for a teriyaki chicken bowl and then to simply double the order for a total of two. (One for my daughter) she stumbled over the order then told me to drive around for my total. Ten minutes and 3 cars later I got to the window. The associate was in and out of the window box having never greeted me or anything. She opens the window and holds out her hand with a smile. No words, just a motion like "wheres your money?" I hand her my card and ask how much it is. She says its 7.10, which is too low so I know she failed to "double" the order. I correct the order with a laugh like its no big deal. Were all human. So she doubles it, charges me the 14+ dollars for 2 meals. Then she leaves the window without giving me the drinks I ordered, goes back in and yells at somebody and comes back and tells me that my second teriyaki bowl will be another 3-4 minutes. Im starting to get irritated here, but I say ok, Ill wait. So I pulled ahead, parked, and waited. 6 or 8 minutes later a different associate comes out with a large bag and hands it to me with a fairly sincere apology for my wait. No drinks of course. I sent her back for my 2 Dr Peppers. She came out a moment later with those, and another friendly apology. Ok its over, right? No. I look into the bags and its the massive platters, and I thought, ok, well at least they gave us too MUCH, instead of too little. But the extra teriyaki was missing and we only got one fork. So I decided to let the teriyaki sauce go, but I needed a fork. So I had to get out of my car and walk in and get a fork. While inside I saw an associate clearly on a break, eating food, sitting at a table as close to the long customer line she was staring at as she could get. I cant say she was actually thinking "I hate my job" at that moment, but it sure was spelled out on her face. The other 3 or 4 workers I saw were running around like mad trying to run the place and none of them seemed happy. On my way back out, one of the working associates said "sorry" as if recognizing my frustration at having to come in for something as obvious as a fork. Ok so now its over, right. Alas, no. Upon my return to the car, I pulled into a parking space to check my food and maybe take a bite before I drive it home to eat. At least I could count on the yummy food. You know those nice thick chicken slices they cut fresh into your bowl? My chicken was a disheveled mess that looked like it had mangled by an angry child, some pieces as large as a half-breast. Other pieces small, or burnt, or fatty bits. All of it strung together with connective tissue and somewhat wet with Teryaki. So I recognized the stuff, but I didnt enjoy it. I have to say, among all the tragic execution lied a mound of perfectly executed steamed rice. Bravo for that. I picked out the decent chicken bits, ate those, and maybe a 1/3 or the rice. Then I went for my drink, a reliable old Dr Pepper, hoping for one honest satisfactory experience among this whole thing. No syrup, or very little. It tasted like 99% carbonated water. Lastly it should be stated that at no point was anyone rude to me. Just lackadaisical and harried. It was like people struggling against a poorly designed system and wishing they could serve their guests better. I sincerely hope someone in leadership sees this review and makes some positive changes. This place reeks of a leadership vacuum, in my humble opinion.

Whichever employee runs the drive through in the evening is the absolute worst. They can only help one person at a time. If she has somebody at the window, she will ask you to wait and only take your order once the person at the window drives off. It was cute 3 months ago when she started but now its ridiculous. You get there at 9pm with an empty dining room and two cars ahead of you at the drive through, then wait for 20 minutes to get to order, only to be told the kitchen is close and they are out of everything you want. Love the food, but the location needs to re-staff for sure.

After waiting in the drive through for 20 min @800 pm with only 1 car ahead of me. I ordered beef and broccoli with steamed rice, egg roll. It was disgusting , a big mound of dried out white rice, 7 pieces of over cooked yellow broccoli, a 3 inch strip of dry beef cut up, not a drop of sauce. How could any staff member think in any way that food was appealing? The egg roll was the only thing salvageable. I called in a complaint and expect a full refund. Ridiculous!!!

I was only person in the place at first. They did not prepare bowl as requested. (wanted less white rice). Stuffed bowl past normal fill line. Would not correct but did give only minimal amount of entree. Refused to do anything about concerns. Waited several minutes to pay while they waited on a new customer. 4 Employees were behind counter and one in dining room. Employees were rude & laughing. Id give them a zero if possible.

The food isnt too great. Rangoons are typically over or under cooked. I sat at the drive thru for ten min and the employees walked by me when they knew I was waiting. Forget about getting extra sauce too, they always make you wait another five min for that. Our orders have been wrong so much that we quit giving them our business. The employees are rude and even touched food with bare hands. Ew!

I really enjoy the food and service except today. I received fried rice with a very noticeable burnt/scorched taste. Since my order was to go I did not notice until I got home. I immediately called to speak with a manager put was told the manager was gone for the day, which is strange since it was only 6:00pm. I was told to call back the following day. Not happy at all!

First visit to this place. I wont go back again. The pork in the potstickers was rancid and when I complained they never offered to refund my money. Their beef with broccoli was fair....but for the same money I can eat in a nice establishment and have higher quality food and service.

In the world of "fast service restaurants", this unit seems to be unable to provide fast service. The food is consistently good, the service is hit or miss as is the interior cleanliness. This location does seem to benefit greatly from its location.

The food was fresh and good. There was a bit of a wait in line to get to the counter. The servers seemed to be tired, but they did give good service. There needs to be a sauce for the spring roll, other than that sweet sauce.

Employees seemed to be in that mood where your just "done with the day and dont care" so it took a good 15 minutes for tge food to be ready! The food was good but my order was messed up.
