The GENERAL MANAGER is a great person. However, this review does not compliment his employees and I dont hold him accountable because these are grown men and women. (1) I ordered a NY Strip Steak M/R. It came out M/W. I sent it back. (2) This time it came out Rare. The NEW kitchen manager (Female) witnessed the entire matter. SHE LOOKED RIGHT AT ME SITTING AT THE BAR. But, she did not apologize, acknowledge me, nor did she offer me a "cracker" to eat on while I was waiting for my 1 hour DE-boggle. (3) Finally, I ordered the spicy shrimp and chicken dish. Again, she did not come out to say were sorry. No discount was offered, instead, the bartender whom took my order left and a new bartender HAD the nerve to charge me for a Raspberry Tea drink which was neither correct nor refilled by him or her. Therefore, I looked at her and said can you give me a refill to go. The Point: I HAD TO ASK? Instead they acted as if i did something wrong complaining. OK! As I was leaving the GREAT G.M. whom I mentioned was outside. I told him what happened and he was disgusted. he gave me a $25.00 gift card. Very professional person. I used it the next day. I purchased the same dish Spicy Chicken Pasta. I orders extra shrimp. The same FEMALE bartender who charged me for the raspberry tea was working. She was very unfriendly, unprofessional, simply, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I returned the pasta; it appeared all the extra shrimp I paid for was not there. However, instead of understanding that I, the customer was simply asking she took my food back to the kitchen with no RESPONSE except for a bad attitude. Another manager came and told me all the extra shrimp was there. My Advice: Have a Training class with all STAFF on the Fridays Policies and Procedures. Learn Customer Service and how to treat a customer. Stop acting like when an order is wrong and the customer has been inconvenienced you are the victim. Guess what youre NOT!! If I were the GM I would retrain them all and if they did not shape up TERMINATION would be next. With that said NO MORE visits to this location. And I hope the GM gets a better staff which compliments his manager style. AND please inform the bartender that attitude, customer service, and simply being nice will get you a $10.00 Tip instead of a $2.00 one.

I visited this Fridays on Sunday December 7, 2014 at about 6 pm. I ordered the endless apps and asked for an endless apps of half mozzarella sticks and half potato skins. At no time was I told this would be two charges of $10 instead of one. When the bill came they tried to charge me double. So I called for the manager and he came out. I explained to him that I was intending to order ONE endless apps and get half potato skins and half mozzarella sticks. I also explained to him that On the Border had a similar promotion called endless enchilidas and I had often ordered those and for one price I got both chicken and beef enchilidas with no issues and no double charges. The manager told me he didnt care what I thought or believed or what any other store did. He said even though Fridays advertises endless apps and gives many menu choices on that endless apps menu, that Friday charges $10 for each appetizer and will not mix them like other restaurants like On the Border does. I told him I would know this for next time but for this visit he should not charge me double because the waiter did not tell me that when I first placed my order. However he refused. I paid the bill except for the double charge and told him I would not pay the double charge. The managers reaction was to call the police and they said they would arrest me if I did not pay the extra double charge. So I ended up paying double. And after paying the manager also swore a trespass complaint against me so that I would be arrested if I ever stepped foot at that Fridays location again. As a Fridays stripes member who has spent many hundreds of dollars at Fridays over the years I find this treatment completely unacceptable. I have filed an official complaint with the corporate office.

If I could, I would give ZERO stars. From the management to the food. It was a poor experience. I hadnt been to TGI Fridays in about 10 years, so we (4 other women and myself) decided to meet together and give this one a shot on a Friday night. We were seated and greeted by our lovely waitress. Ordered appetizers and drinks, and laughed for a good bit. As we received our food, it did not look great. The chicken was dry, the lemon looked like it was half eaten, and the broccoli was so steamed that it was BROWN. Also, the potato skins were severely undercooked and the boneless chicken wings was all breading and no chicken. We let our waitress know that BOTH people were not satisfied with their food. However, we were greeted with attitude and unprofessional behavior by both managers (Ken & Nicole). Ken even waved his hand in one of the ladies face and went back and forth with another. He even threatened to call the police on us. He severely generalized out table, mentioning, "Were used to people coming in and picking off food and not paying for." Wow, thanks. The were also apparently out of boxes and the lady manager, Nicole, stopped our waitress in her tracks about giving my sister a big box (she had a slab of ribs). I will never be back at this location ever. He tried to make it right by giving us some free desserts, but at this point, its a total waste. Both managers should have handled themselves much better and more professionally. I will not be giving this place any of my money. <3

Our experience on July 11, 2015 was awful. Our waiter looked like she didnt want to be working. It wasnt packed at all. We walked in and preferred a booth and she didnt give us one because 2 people were waiting on one to be cleared. She didnt even offer us to wait or prefer another sitting arrangement. So we decided to sit by the window at a hightop. It was nice, but our waiter was standing there talking to a friend while we were trying to sit. We waited a few before she came over... She came over and asked for our drink order. I wanted coke zero, which is on the menu. She told me they didnt have coke zero. She didnt tell me it was broken or anything like that. We then ordered some mozzarella sticks as our appetizers. The waiter didnt tell us it was never ending. So she brought another 4 piece out to us. We stopped her at the 3rd tray. She came with our entrées and she brought me a bacon burger. I told her I didnt order a burger. She said oh, right. You ordered a Ruben. I said yes. She brought my order within 5 minutes. At the end we got our bill and she charged me $15 for 2 trays of sticks. I wasnt going to pay that plus our entrées. She said she rung it up wrong and it was going to be $10 dollars. I was okay with that. Later that night, my boyfriend got sick and threw up his dinner he ate at TGIF Fridays. Chicken Brushetta. He has never gotten sick when eating this dish. We are never coming back to this Fridays again. Poor service and stomach bugs arent worth it.
