Unfortunately, had a very bad customer service experience from a head waiter. Had a coupon for $10 off and showed the coupon to the waitress and offered for her to take my phone to scan it. She said just write your phone number down. They swiped my card with a $5 off coupon that we apparently had but didnt want to use (honest mistake by the waitress). I asked if it could be fixed and the head waiter came over. I explained the situation and his reply was "Well you didnt show me the coupon so we cant fix this, thats on you." First of all, I only did what the waitress asked me to do. Second of all, no way to treat your customers. Not to stereotype or anything, but I would never get this type of terrible customer service at an American establishment. People who blame the customers, the lifeline of your business, shouldnt be in the service industry. Its a nice restaurant, but what a shame. Also, the owner wasnt there so I asked to speak to the manager. Another waiter replied, "we dont have a manager." There may inly your problem.

The food here is the FREAKING BOMB!!! My favorite soup is the Tom Kha and for $2 more you can get it in a medium soup bowl... Its like heaven in a bowl yummmmooooooo!!!!! My husband and I usually get this soup as an appetizer and split it but today I went for the meal and I must say I could eat this every day The A1(Going Cuon) on the appetizers page was so good as well... I have mad respect for this place.. The staff was so nice and when in the area we will be back.

Vietnamese, tamed for the local palate… I dont have a problem with people making their cuisine more accessible to other cultures, and the food here is consistently decent, as is the service. You can even get tripe here, so I guess a better working title would be a safe and fun introduction to Vietnamese cuisine. However, if youre looking to do a deep-dive into this cuisine, I would recommend going to one of the many places on Buford Highway.

I would give this restaurant less than one star if possible. The food was not authentic nor did it taste good and the service was terrible. The server brought us our drinks and then went to serve the table next to us, completely ignoring is for the next ten minutes. The family that was seated after us was served very promptly by a different server. I will not be taking my family back to Saigon Cafe on Buford dr. Ever again.

Love this place for their pho soup! Have had dinner and lunch here many, many times over the years, and have not ever been disappointed. I find this much more preferable than all of the chain restaurants littered in and around the mall nearby, that always has fresh food thats actually healthy and served quickly. Great take out too...

Ok so lets start out by saying I had high hopes for this place. I love Thai and Vietnamese food but this was just gross. The soup lacks flavor, the bean sprouts were rotting, the cucumbers lp, and the waiter gave me USED DIRTY chop sticks. Dave your money and a trip to the ER for food poisoning and go some place else.

First time I went there 2 days ago (2/13/17) I got food poisoning and am still suffering the side affects. DO NOT GO. That place is so sketchy, and youre better off getting a $0.50 Cup of Noodles from Walmart. So if you like throwing up all day and undercooked meat, have a blast

The worst experience and never go back save your money, bad customer service, no respect and attitude. Needed refill but Waitress keep walking back and force. The noodle was hard, soup was too salty, never go back, save my money for somewhere else!!!!!

They have Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai food and everything was so good!! Definitely my new favorite lunch/dinner spot. Boba tea was really good. The boba was very soft not like some Vietnamese restaurant. Also the interior is very nice

Service was okay, but food was too salty. My group ordered 5 dishes, and everyone found their food to be too salty. I visit other stores of this chain, and I liked their food all the time, but this food from this store was pretty bad.

Im amending this review. My wife convinced me to try this place again today and Im glad she did. The service this time was excellent, and the food was still quite good. Im glad I now have a decent Pho place so near to my home.

Used to come here all the time, the price has gone up and the quailty and portion has gone down. I wont be coming back. Ordered beef fried rice, only a few pieces of beef, it was bland and small portion.. all that for 9.25.

Pho and all other over priced. Soups are terrible flavor. They might using instant powdered or paste stock. I recommend to go somewhere different restaurant.
