Arrived last night about 10 minutes before close. When we walked in, a young lady and a young man both saw us. Because the music was loud, I hollered in asking if it was too late to get food. I smiled so that they would know it was a friendly request. The young man, Alex, ROLLED HIS EYES, turned around, stalked back to the kitchen and yelled back in an icy tone, "2 out front." The young girl immediately looked down and continued to ignore my cries of "Hello? Hello!". Another gentleman came out to greet us about a minute later. It was obvious having them cook our food would not be a good idea but I wanted the young mans name before I left. 1. HONOR YOUR HOURS. If you close at 10, then CLOSE at 10. If you want to close at 9:45, then POST that. Further, even a, "Sorry but we shut off our fryer," or whatever the reason is that you dont want to offer your service before you close is better than treating a customer rudely. 2. You should never roll your eyes at [friendly] money walking through your door. There are several other burger options in the area (Red Robin, Bagger Daves, Chilis, etc) to choose from. 3. Recognize that if you charge more than anyone else in town, you need to offer better service than anyone else in town. I didnt mind paying more but now that overpriced burger is yet one more reason to take my business elsewhere.

Been there 3 times and amazed that they have screwed up the order two of three times. First time they forgot to put the meat on the burger (really!) and second time was today the slip says bacon, mushroom ketchup - but it came with onions and ketchup, no bacon or mushrooms. Understand people get busy, etc. But that was not the case today, I was order 9 and no one was in line behind me. Talked to the manager and he was polite and said it happens. Lousy place, lousy service, avoid if you are taking your orders to go and cannot take the time to check each sandwich Such a great franchise for having such poor quality controls.

Dang good burger, with a lot of toppings and nice service late at night. Plenty of fries and a very friendly staff has me coming back again. Thank you for the great meal.
