This Pizza Hut was a blessing after a disappointing encounter at a pizza place in the area. had family from out of town and was coming from LanierWorld, we stopped at a pizza place in the area that online stated they closed at 10:30 but when we arrived around 9:40pm they promptly told us they were closed and could not serve us (even though they were clearly still operating). It was embarrassing and sad being discriminated against. so we went to Pizza Hut and had a completely different experience. It was late and close to closing and they allowed us to dine in on a late Friday night (4 adults, 6 kids) and not only provided exceptional service but also gave the kids free cinnamon pie for dessert (maybe because they overheard us talking about the horrible experience we just encountered). the manager and waitress were excellent and I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut to others. Thank you for brightening our situation with great service and hot pizza & wings.

I usually do not take time to review restaurants of where Ive visited, but I have to give a few words of caution for others out there. DO NOT EVER EVER VISIT THIS GOD FORSAKEN PLACE. Upon arrival I was told by the cashier that they had ran out of Crazy cheesy crust cheese and would instead make a stuffed crust pizza. They said they called, but I received no such calls about it.The cashier charged me the price of a Crazy cheesy crust cheese for the stuffed crust which was a $3 dollar difference.Thereafter, I asked him what the price for the stuff crust was-- he lied to my face, saying its the same price as the crazy cheese crust pizza. I waited an additional 20 minutes for my carryout order. The pizza looked as if it had been slapped flat with butt cheeks after inspection, and there was an ant crawling around in the corner of the box. The pizza did not leave me satisfied and I will never order from that store again.

Every time I order through the iphone app, my card doesnt go through and they cancel my order. Then I have to call the store and do it in person. Wasted my time picking out my order online when I have to call anyways. This time was particular frustrating when the lady on the phone didnt understand what I was trying to say. Then I had to wait while she talked about every order, our loud. Saying there were so many other orders that she couldnt find mine. I also had to repeat myself a few times because she couldnt hear me. Then she states oh it looks your card was declined so it was cancelled. Which I already knew! Plus there was nothing wrong with MY card. It was a problem with THEIR computer. A few times, I almost hung up and ordered Papa Johns or something. I will never use the app again and will seriously consider ordering from this store again.

Im just blown away with all the negative reviews/experiences. I wish that tge regular customers that this location has would actually take time to write a few words to describe their experiences and what keeps them coming back. I will tell u that I visit this location at least once every 7-10 days. I have been eating at Pizza Hut in Buford for a minimum of 5 years, and I can only think of 2 visits where something needed fixed/replaced. I personally have/had 2favorite employees, that Id request if my family and I decided to dine in. One of the employees after 8+years decided it was time for a career change. Not every employee is as amazing as their employee Dee. I suggest if youve ever had an issue with dine in, give it a second chance with Dee... Management could use some work but other than that no complaints!

As a public relations specialist Im amazed I have to leave such a poor review. Ive been to this location a million times & always had success with public relations from their smiling staff. I returned last night with the expectation of the same service but was highly disappointed in the results. Whoever this new manager Caroline is should should sit through a few public relations classes before taking such a role as a manager. The cocky arrogant attitude she delivers is far from professional & or will steer the public into the hands of a competitor. I wish this location better reviews in the future & unlike some others I will still use this location as 1 of my primary dining locations & not hold this company responsible for her "lack of" but naturally I cant speak for everyone.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE EAT AT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!!!!!! NEVER! Placed our order, went to pick up and it was wrong. They had to remake our pizza 3 TIMES AND STILL DID NOT GET IT RIGHT. Got home to find out the pizza dough was not fully cooked (raw dough) and the cheese was not melted due to the pizza being just that cold! I called and the manger would not give his name- he gave me another person name for "tomorrows shift". I requested and a refund. They said they have to go through corporate in order to do so which takes 24-48hrs. We never received our refund. We will stick to Marcos Pizza for now on! Never again!!!!

The website stated that my order would be delivered in 30 minutes. The driver was over 45mintues late! On top of the designated time. I called the frist time , asked why it was late. The manager was understanding and discounted my order by half. The delivery driver came, gave me an attitude. They guy was mad at me because he was late?! Are you kidding me?! On top of that the food was cold. I called the manager and he was nice enough to give me the entire meal for free. They need to get rid of that driver, he was unprofessional in every way

I read the reviews here before placing my online order, but wanted to give them a chance anyway. After watching the countdown on their website from my laptop and waiting two hours, I called the restaurant to inquire about my order. The person who answered was very helpful and apologetic. She tried to call the driver to find out where he was, but he did not answer his cell phone. She did not charge me for my order and apologized again. The driver showed up 10 to 15 minutes later and we had free cold pizza for dinner at 9:30 PM.

The person who made these pizzas obviously did not care at all about the quality of the product they were putting out. On one the dough was mushy and rather gross. Both were showered with way too much seasoning, and both had the toppings carelessly thrown on and completely uneven. I have been a little put off by the way this location seems unprofessional when I have picked up carryout in the past, but I never had a major issue with the food. After this delivery, I am done with this Pizza Hut

I have always been treated courteously and my order has always been ready for pick up. After reading all of the negative reviews (and how unfair these reviews can be due to the fact that people who have a good or great experience do not usually take the time to give a review) I thought I would at least give these people the same courtesy. I place an order at least twice per month. Thank you Pizza Hut in Buford, GA and hang in there. Hopefully more good ratings will follow.
