Went to Grayson riverside pizza and waiting in drive thru for one of the like 5 or 6 people to come to the window to take our order. One even waved all of them looked but no one decided to come to the window after waiting more than 5 minutes that is until we decided to drive off but then stop to tell the car pulling up that the kids are looking at us but not coming to the window to take our order. Sorry not sorry but Grayson Riverside has lost valuable customers in my family. We use to come here often like every week to every other week. Even ordered for my job from this location can not will not patronize a location with such bad customer service. Had to remove my 5 stars to 1. Would give none if that was an option. This happened on 6/10/17 @ 9:25pm. I hope all you young people who worked get a new lesson on custom service yall all suck even the night management you need lessons too.

Dont bother calling in your order, YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED! 5 different times we have got pizzas from them. All 5 times I have called in the order only to get something different than what I ordered, including leaving 2 pizzas out on a large order once. Ive leared to check before leaving the parking lot. . But tonight after it was wrong again, I was told by the employee that I didnt ask for the pizza to be cut into squares when I ordered it. Its not worth arguing over. I just will not be back ever again. If they would slow down and pay attention they might could do their job correctly.

I was loving riverside pizza when I lived in Lawrenceville, but I moved to Loganville and the Grayson riverside is the closest to me now, and man oh man!!!!! They are the WORST!!!!! They tried to give me a half done pizza after I waited for 30 minutes (even though I was the only customer there), then after I told the guy I had paid for it, he asked other employees about 3-4 times if I had paid, like I had to lie about paying for a $11pizza, I was very insulted!!! Ill never go back!!!!

Twice we have been given the wrong pizza. Yes, they remade it but it it was an hour later before we could eat, plus we used gas having to return it. The crust on this one is under done. Should have been free., but they think a coupon for breadstix is sufficient, but we dont like breadstix. Double check your order!!!

They have a manager at the Grayson Highway location by the name of Maxx who wont even honor a free breadstick with sauce for the football team they sell these cards all of the Riverside take it even this location has taking it many many times for some reason Maxx will not honor it too much too cheesy

I come to this riverside pizza all the time and I absolutely love this place!!! Their pizzas are always hot and ready, my orders are always correct and not to mention the staff and Managers are very friendly!!! I would definitely recommend this place to friends, family and even strangers....

Like the pizza but not the drive through sign upside down of the health inspection. The B 86 is not going to turn into a misleading B 98 just by doing that. Thanks for trying do. Ill buy again when you work for a real 98 at least.
