Our first visit to Wild Wing Cafe was a bust. Service wasnt good nor was the food. First, I ordered a drink from the bar with light ice and that didnt happen . My drink was full of ice. Then, I had to ask for water twice. We decided to get their Onion Rings, 18 Wings with 3 different flavors (we wanted 4 but were told we couldnt do that) and had asked for a side of their hottest sauce. The food came out pretty quick but once again, we had to ask for another item twice (the side of their hottest sauce). A quick learning curve was, if you ask for something twice, you will actually get it. The Onion Rings were heavily breaded but along with the sauce they provided were tasty. For me however, they were way too breaded but Im sure it was normal. The wings were very small and the Jalapeño Cheddar, one of the flavors we ordered, was the most disappointing. Not only were they grossly over cooked (along with some of our other flavored wings) there was very little Cheddar Flavor. Our server never asked if we wanted another drink it was always us having to track her down and ask. Yes, she finally got the light ice right but none of the service we received that night was proactive. So, 18 Wings (small) is $17.99. See my picture below. If you count, there is 17, I ate one before taking the pic. So, $1 for each very small, many over cooked, wings? What a rip off!!!!!! Oh yea, our waitress actually asked if we wanted blue cheese, ranch or both with our wings. We requested all Blue Cheese but 2 of the 3 were Ranch. Would you expected anything different from reading all the above??? I would NOT recommend this place I will not try again.

So Im here trying to watch the finals and they got some dude playing live music..... really I bet they wouldnt do that on a night that the Falcons are playing a Thursday night game even if they have paid the band a month in advance. The whole place is packed with people tying to watch the game and multiple people have asked why is the game sound not on and why is this dude playing music..... I asked the manger and he said the owner had already paid good money for the band and cant do nothing about it... so the owner is pleasing his pockets? The band? Or the customers? Actually none. Dont come here if youre trying to watch an important game besides football.

This place is going down. They think their stuff is the best on the planet. They treat you like your two years old no matter who you are. Its a shame that theyre not going to last with their attitude. Thats why they have such a turn over. Food is awesome, and the dip is the best. But Bill doesnt care about his patrons and doesnt care who leaves, or comes back. Poor customer service skills. The girls up front think theyre so hot, that theyre rude. Not cool. Cant we all just be pleasant and happy we have jobs, and can afford to go out. Everywhere else does call ahead seating but them.

Waitresses were drinking shots, giving piggyback rides to eachother around the floor, hollering inside and outside, standing ON the booth seats to clean the tables, and then the service was slow. The wings were overcooked with medicocre flavoring, the check had to be asked for after 10 minutes of waiting with empty plates. Other patrons were screaming and overall being obnoxious in and outside the establishment, on a Wednesday night with maybe 10 tables total filled... Consider somewhere else if you want to eat good food and actually receive service from sober people.

Good food, good service. Came here on a Sunday afternoon, wasnt too packed so dont know if that makes a difference. Did hear them say that they dont have the MLB package, so Ill be curious how they approach sports viewing, particularly during football season, since it seems that they are pretty music oriented, but hacer lots of tvs and all were tuned to sports. Unsure if they are more focused on being a music venue, or a sports bar.

The customer service was alright and our server was cute. My main concern were the wings. They tasted good but there were issues. I dont know if I ate way too many or what but they gave my stomach problems. Its 12:50 am Wednesday morning and I had already went to the restroom four times already. My friend who went with me was perfectly fine so Im guessing my wings messed up my stomach right now

Great great costumer service... Great food you dont have to wait... The food is hot!!!!! lets not forget my Drinks yummy lets go!!!!! Great place to wind down ,,, Im here to have a good time and the staff is very very sweet and on point... I will come back... Friends are deep ROOTED great place to start Making some....go see Brian, Charlotte, Robert in the bar!

Alright this is no lie, about 2 months ago I was there and all 8 other people at my table got their food, but mine came out 30 minutes later... no hyperbole. Then to make matters worse, I found that my chair was broken. The hard way..... It split and I crashed to the floor. The only upside was that the late burger was actually pretty good.

The waitresses are very sweet and attentive. Bartenders are awesome. Went for New Years Eve, and everything looked great. Nice ice sculpture! The Daniels Brothers played, and they sounded excellent, better than they ever have before. I give all the waiters, bartenders, managers and the sound guy two thumbs up!

Fun place to go hang out and listen to live music. Food is average bar food, but atmosphere makes up for it. Not a family place after 10 or so on Friday and Saturday! So parents please keep the kiddos at home!! Overall, nice place to just go meet a few friends, listen to some good music, and have a drink.

I love this place. I can only remember one time that the service was not up to par, but other than that, its a great place to eat. I recommend going for lunch during the all-you-can-eat wings hours. Thats what my friend and I do every time

Easy to find. Good veggie burger, not as good as Farragut, TN location. Dining partner enjoyed the wings. A 35+ minute wait time at lunch, after ordering, is excessive. Will return but not when pressed for time.

Great place for live music and drinks. It tends to get pretty packed but the food is well worth it! If you enjoy spice, be sure to try their Holy Jalapeno Burger or their Atomic Wings!

Customer service is great, the wings were perfect but the queso unfortunately had hair in it "bomber" because it was soooo good but the waiter did take it off the bill. I will be back!

Very disappointed. Thursday evening not crowded,yet took an hour for our food to arrive at our table lukewarm. Was recooked, yet came back with original hot sauce instead of BBQ.

My son has crohns and when we go there they will make sure to prepare his meal without any cross contamination of ingredients that would make him sick. He eats via the SCD diet.
