My co worker and I ordered their Ultimate Nachos on 1/24/16 for the first time. Went to pick up the order and drive back to our work place just to see our Ultimate Nachos is just some nachos with meat, sour cream and salsa. Took the notion and called and spoke with the mgr Jason. He was great said they had a new cook and would replace our order at anytime! I took the notion and ordered their fajita wrap the next day. The lady at the bar was not very friendly, didnt believe me about the mishap and that I had talked to their mgr. Lady took my order and another girl brought my food and said to the girl she spoke with the mgr who confirmed it and then both girls looked at me wrongly for getting food on the house.Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Not to mention wanting to order a slice of their apple pie and see that they wanted me to pay $6.49 for a SLICE OF PIE!!!! Food is good but the service especially at the bar SUCKS!!!

This place is horrible. The employees are allowed to smoke weed while at work and working. They are allowed to buy and sell weed while on company time. I know of a few managers that will go around the side of the building by the dumpsters to smoke weed with these employees. Theres nothing but convicted felons that work there and go in and out of jail. This is the worse place to eat and the worse place to work at if youre looking for a decent job. This place needs to be shut down immediately!

Normally I dont give bad reviews, but I was just not impressed. Im not a big eater, but I do like food. When I leave a restaurant hungry, thats a problem. The wings were tiny, compared to other wing places. The pretzel app was skimpy compared to the $6 price tag. This is more of a bar than a restaurant. If you want to get a beer, by all means, go here. If you want to eat your fill and be satisfied by the food and price, go somewhere else. I spent $50 and left hungry. Need I say more??

Very loud, slightly sticky, and the wait staff kept bringing us the food/drinks/appetizers for the next table over. Our waiters shift ended, and the waiter who was supposed to take over for him never even made an appearance at our table. The drinks and battered mushrooms were good, just wish the service had been better. Only went to watch a basketball game, so we werent expecting much. Wild Wings served its purpose by having plenty of tvs and cheap drinks!

The food and service here is always excellent. The servers wait on you quickly and efficiently, and will even help you figure out how to modify your order so you can make sure you get what you want. The staff has always been very knowledgeable of the menu. The food puts buffalo wild wings (which is about three miles away) to complete shame, and the drinks are made perfectly every time. Kudos, wild wing cafe.

Service good, water/ice is terrible, has a musty taste (the first time I thought it was me, but the second is definitely them). Maybe give the ice machine a good cleaning would help. Wings were good but were on a aluminium foil platter that looked like it had seen better days. Our waitress was great and very attentive, but not too much. Unfortunately wont be back until the ice improves.

Came here one day on karaoke night. Wings were dry. Waiter wasnt very attentive. Well I decided to go back on super bowl Sunday because I wanted to watch the game. Ordered beer. Our beer beer went dry. Dillon, our server made sure that we were taken fare of. Wings were great. Fried cheesecake was amazing. We left happy with the food and service. Not so much with the game.

Love this place. Waiter William is above and beyond on customer service. Many different wing flavors to choose from. Appetizers could be better. But they have a wide drink menu, that is affordabley priced. Also weekly specials. Everyday but Sunday there is all you can eat wings from 11-2 as well as drinks happy hour from 5-7. Great deals and trivia on Thursdays

UPDATE: After 2 years, this place still has crappy customer service. The absolute worse customer service. Have to hunt down a server after waiting 20-30 min being ignored. Menu items have changed, removing favorite popular items for over priced smaller portioned items. All Wild Wing Cafes are the same when it comes to very poor customer service.

Had a great time. Went there with my wife and daughter and two other family members. Food was good and the server kept the drinks coming when needed. I was full when I left and I thought the tab was reasonable for 5 people eating dinner and drinks. Tall JD and cokes were good. Thanks for treating a Chicagoan to some southern hospitality.

Food decent but service lacking. Arrived and our waiter has forgotten us. Took order and then didnt see him for a while as our drinks went dry. Didnt check on us until food came out and most was cold. They could have sold a couple more drinks but we were abandoned. Better restaurants up by square in Gainesville.

I visited this location for the first time tonight with a company grouping where I was invited along. I ordered the feathers with Cajun seasoning and tater tots. The feathers were supremely moist, well-seasoned and delicious! I enjoyed great company, attentive service and DELICIOUS food.

please people, look at your bill,we were over charged,when we pointed it out we were treated like we were the ones that made the mistake. we go there at least twice a week. not anymore. wounder how many times we have been over charged, but didnt catch it.this is not good business.

Severely crowded, waiting service seemed to favor the bigger tables as we had to we werent even given menus when we sat down. Food wasnt received until 40 minutes later and when it did arrive, wings were cold and over-deep fried. Beer was ok though.

I have had two recent occasions where it took 20 min to get my drink. This last time, I never even saw my waitress, the hostess got me my drink. I left after 20 min. Im there for lunch and will never go back because their service is non existant

This place has really gone downhill. We ordered spinach dip and chips and wings. Our chips were burned and the wings were WAY overcooked. Our waitress was inattentive. This use to be one of our favorite places for wings, but we wont be back.

Due to the long drive, we only come here to see specific cover bands we like. That being said, the food is always good and the staff consistently handle the sometimes large crowds very well. Many of the wing sauces are superb, too.

The wings I got was over cook really tough after taking close to 45 mins to get 12 wings the waiter didnt seem to care that his customers was there from the smell he was to high to realize we were there go to Buffalo wild wings

For the worst bar service come here!! Three or so bartenders and you still cant get service. Hhhmmm mayb if I flash money like a tiitie bar I get better service. You would think they had more people skip out on there tab.
