My family were patrons at this location 7/18/13 and witnessed an assault inside of IHOP by one of the waitresses (Candace Love-Heard) husband, (Darrell Heard). Darrell Heard came into the IHOP and proceeded towards a young man and started physically assaulting him. The manager on duty (Sylvia) or any of the staff called the police for help; which is public record, no 911 calls came from the IHOP telephone or from any of the employees cell phones, the only called made to 911 was from the victims phone, over 25 minutes later, once he was able to get back to his vehicle and get to a phone. My family was put into serious danger along with all the other customers and employees. The choice made by the managers on duty or employees not calling 911 left each of us in danger and IHOP is and was liable for each of us at that point. The establishment has the full responsibility to call the police if an assault occurs, that could possibly hinder it from escalating into a deadly situation. Obviously, there are personal relationships between the manager and employees that make them put all customers to the back burner and left in the fire. On 7/19/13, I called and spoke with Maria Moss (General Manager) to get some sort of resolution to what happened and why the police were not called. Maria Moss advised me that she was unaware of anything happening the night before and she could take my name and number as she is busy at this time. I replied "busy" my familys life was in jeopardy and direct danger last night., I told Maria what happened and she told me that they always call the police, so she know they called the police. I replied that the police were called by the victim, I was there upon arrival of the officer and witnessed the assault, the officer even said the victims call was the only call they received. I also called the police department/dispatch and the victims call was the only call made, does Maria not realize things of this nature are public record. Maria Moss displayed such a nonchalant tone, very defensive, so I told her that I would be contacting the corporate office, the police department, local newspapers, blogs, social media if this is how IHOP treats their customers and Maria Moss told me "do what I have to do"! Wow!!! I spoke with an attorney this morning that advised me since my kids were present not only can I file charges on the person that committed the assault but also bring charges against IHOP, they clearly failed to try and stop the assault from furthering, my life was in danger, my kids witnessed all of this (cruealty to children for them to witness such acts of violence) we could went to our car in the parking lot and that lunatic wouldve started shooting, many of us could have died last night...and Sylvia, Maria Moss or IHOP doesnt care, only protecting their employees and employees family (thats why they didnt call the police). Extremely dangerous and ghetto establishment!!! I will be a witness for the victim in pressing full charges and any court appearances. IHOP failed us. And I pulled the assaulter s name up to find out he is currently out on bond from Fulton County Jail, on Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault Charges. The waitress (Candace Love-Heard) is still employed by IHOP as of today. If anyone has suffered poor service of witnessed assaults or involved in an assault at IHOP I urge you to call the local police, make formal complaints, and spread the information via newspapers, social media, blogs etc... DONT EAT AT IHOP, as they DONT care about their customers safety or business!!!

Muy mal servicio llevé a mi familia a cenar por motivo de la graduación de una de mis hijas .esperamos por dos horas para ser atendidos y al final nos fuimos del lugar sin cenar el manaller se la paso diciendo en un momento les doy mesa y no nos atendieron .pregúntale cual era el motivo de la demora puesto que abia varias mesas desocupadas y la respuesta fue que solo tenia tres meseros y no vi que hiciera nada al respecto .y no eramos los únicos que nos estábamos quegando del mal servicio

If I could I would give them no stars! Just came in for breakfast I asked for two over easy eggs turkey bacon and scattered well hash browns.... I got raw eggs... Bacon was burnt on one side raw on the other... Hash browns were burnt on the top and raw everywhere else... When the manager came to see us she was so rude... Did not even ask what the problem was just took the plates and said Ill bring you new ones... So I got up and said I do t want new ones. . we want to go... So she said ok and left... And I saw that none of the. Safe had note pads... How are they supposed to take our orders properly if they dont write it down... And Theses Mexican asses need to learn eanglish!!!

We go to IHOP all the time. This time I got my normal burger I get most of the time. Didnt look right then after I took two bites it smelled funny. So I told the very nice waitress the meat was bad. So she appoloized asked I would like anything else. Hum No that killed it for me. I ran to the bathroom and throw up! The dumbass manager came over and actually said to me that there was nothing wrong with the meat he took it out the freezer this morning himself. OH WOW THATS nothing to brag about you just told me u took it out this morning, it is 10 pm!!!!! Are u serious!!!! That is discussing I will never eat at that IHOP AGAIN!!! For the manager to tell me that was just stupid!

We had a power outage today due to Irma. So we along with other Irma refugees from the airport and I-75 S were happy to see they were open. They were extremely busy! The Management and staff were very courteous, competent, and about the service even though theyd been steady working during the storm with staff shortages. The food was excellent! Management apologized due to our 15 minute wait and stopped by several tables to insure the satisfaction of the customers . Our waitress Sandra was A-1 top of the line from start to finish. I highly recommend this location. You cant go wrong here!!!

Order and go here often. Ordered take out today and when we got there everyone seemed to have a attitude. The girl at the counter was rude and didnt speak much to me even after I tipped. Sat down because she said we had to wait and after about 10 minutes a guy in the back came out and asked who was waiting for to go. He brought out the whole order like it had been back there the whole time. Mind you they said 10-15 minutes when we called and we waited about that long to even leave the house. We received our food cold and one of the items is wrong. Seems like its to busy and they cant keep up.

Great food (flavorful) This restaurant was accommodating to our large family after an evening high school graduation. The food was hot and very flavorful. I was a little skeptical about pleasing "everyone" at I-Hop, but the red velvet pancakes were awesome for the kids as well as the junior meals. So many adults ordered the steak and cheese sub, I ordered the chicken fajita omelette, and everyone else ordered the chicken and waffles. We were all surprised at how delicious the food was.
