I ordered from here today and this was literally thee most horrible place ever! I ordered from them during lunch, like normal people do, and after a 1 1/2 hours of no shows I get concerned and call. The "manager" answers and tells me that even tho I called an hour and a half ago to confirm my delivery order with HIM specifically, he still put my order down for pickup. Now online ordering states at the checkout if you are PICKING UP an order you must present a form of ID with your card. I have a shared account with my fiancee so obviously he holds our card and I know the numbers, and if it were stated that I needed ID i wouldnt have ordered from there, but it didnt! So after finding out they had my food just sitting (fish btw) at the restaurant for over an hour he informs me I will need to present the card and ID which I obviously don;t have. Which is fine, so I agree to pay cash, he tells me itll be another 20-30 min! THEY ARE 1.45 miles away from my job! The manager is obviously illiterate and knows crap about how to run a business otherwise minor things like this would NOT happen!

DISCLAIMER: I EAT HERE SEMI-FREQUENTLY, AND IM NOT A HYPOCRITE... Ill explain: Im not from here. Im accustomed to a wide variety of "ethnic" foods to either be carried out, delivered or enjoyed en scène. Id be a straight up liar if I said i didnt take it for granted, because I really, really did. City Garden helped me very specifically and efficiently to realize this fact and Im finally grateful, even if it took me a few years to realize... the food is VERY Americanized, it is a sodium nightmare, food Id been eating my whole life is conspicuously absent from the menu... its so surreal to argue "spring" vs "egg", rolls of course, and to find out theyre (staff) unfamiliar with the difference. No crispy rice, no tofu, bland soup...but enough! Because the Moo Shu Pork is DELICIOUS, for real, and they never wilt vegetables and if a [my] American roommate wants double beef, he gets it to the max. Fast delivery, friendly staff, and they seem to enjoy food service - almost important as the food being served.

I cant believe this restaurant is so highly rated. Maybe it used to be good since most of the reviews are over a year old. Forget the plastic forks and spoons, the food was absolutely disgusting. Everything was old and incredibly salty. The won ton soup, rice, egg rolls, and hot tea all had been around for a very long time. I ordered the "spicy stir fried calamari". What came out was an order of deep fried calamari on a bed of dry rice noodles. There was no sauce. There was so much salt on the food it was crunchy. The duck sauce and hot mustard on the table had long since gone rancid. I was tempted to leave without paying since we could not eat the food. City Garden robbed us. Hopefully we dont all get sick from what we did eat. The posted health inspection score was a 93. I dont see how that was possible.

It took 2 hours to get delivered. I called twice to ask on the status. The first call was after an hour passed and the lady said all orders were out for delivery. The second call was after an hour and a half and the lady said it would probably be a few more minutes. She seemed to think both of the responses did not justify further explanation or an apology. The driver also did not think an explanation for the long wait was needed. The food was unsurpisingly cold and the sodas were warm. Even if the food had of been warm it would have been bad because it tasted bland. If I could give this horrible place less than one star I would. They didnt even include fortune cookies.

While the food is great the customer service is horrible. I called to place an order only to have the phone be picked up and listen to whom ever talk for about 5 mins. Afterwards they just hung up the phone. I went up there to place an order only to experience bad customer service again! I would understand if it was extremely busy but it was only 2 tables sat in the entire restaurant!!! I dont know what happened but this place has fell from glory hard and I choose to take my business elsewhere.

I ordered some wings from this place everything arrive late juice was spilled over entire bag. Wings were huge didnt taste good like chicken look like some steroids or something. I thought these were prehistoric birds. After eating just one I threw the entire plate away. Ijs it was disgusting.....period no if and or buts stay away from this place i want my money back never order from them again even the springs rolls tasted like cleaner or something....im feeling sick rightnow ugh

This is solid chinese place but nothing spectacular. Food is on par with what youd expect and you get alot of it for the money. The real draw here is the delivery service, which is very good. Theyre friendly on the phone and have always had very fast delivery. Id skip ordering a drink unless you have to have one because Ive never found the soda or any beverage from here to be good. I would rate it 4 stars but Ive had a few experiences where the food was iffy.

Yesterday 10/18/2016 Around 6:30 pm Family Day So We Wanted Something Different. We Ordered Our Food And While My Baby Sister (11)Was Eating Her Rice She Realized Something Wasnt Right... It Was A Piece Of Brillo Pad (What You Scrub Dishes With) Was In Her Food . We Informed The Waitress And Management . Both Were Horrible Like What Do You Want Us To Do ? Very Non Chalant.. Never Would I Ever Eat Here again My First And Last Time... Not Recommended

InitiaIly I was unsure about eating here due to the restaurants outward appearance. My husband brought me here one day for lunch and now I come whenever Im in the area. I enjoy the food here and its actually really clean. My personal favorite menu item is the Shrimp Egg Fu Young ( its the only thing I ever order). My husband orders a different item each time and he has not complained once.

No Stars ... We have been customers for Years.. But Will Not any longer !! The Absolute WORST Business ethics I have ever Seen.. Well over 2 hours for an 35-50 minute Delivery !! Got there in pain and receptionist gave me key. I went around building to find room he told me one floor up I went to other side and called office. I told him I need air and 2 beds as in my reservation. I had to go back to office and get new key for other room. 1 1/2 hrs back and firth with room. Sweating and back busting. Stressful. Hope rest of the time here is better

Yessss!!! This food was the BEST Chinese I have had in Atlanta!! My food was hot when it came and prepared so nicely. Great timing on delivery and great customer service over the phone. Very nice portions of rice and the wings were a great size! Thank you so much for this experience and I will recommend to ANYONE! I will most definitely order again!
