my co worker and I ordered food from here on 12/27/15 and had it delivered at our hotel where we work in the front office. The delivery guy in glasses was extremely rude when he delivered our food! My co worker asked which receipt was whos and the guy jerked the receipts from her and moved them to his side of the counter and slammed her receipt in front of her. My co worker got upset and told him that was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! We did not tip him and then followed by calling the restaurant and telling the lady how unprofessional he was and all she would say was yes yes yes no I"M SORRY OR ANYTHING!!!! FOODS GOOD AND HOT BUT THE SERVICE OF THOSE WHO WORK THERE SUCKS!!!!

My fiance and I ordered from here a couple weeks ago and the food was awful. We ordered for take out. The sweet and sour combination had no sauce at all. The crab ragoons tasted like cream cheese no crab. My fiance order general tso shrimp combination platter and it was drenched in sauce and soggy. He upgraded to lo mein and was charged normal price for just noodles no veggies. Spoke to the owner and he was an asshat about it. Wanted to give a free egg roll. Will not be back!!

Clearly there are a lot of people in Gainesville who have no idea what good Chinese food tastes like. .... Either that, or these reviews are bogus. This place smells strange and the food is very bland. Could use a good, deep cleaning, too..yuck. note that there are no less than three separate "Wangs" in the area. The only one that was any good was in with a gas station on friendship Rd. I think some of the glowing reviews are for that one. Has to be, right? Fresh.

Absolutely horrible customer service! The owner was unbelievably rude and hateful when taking our order and when I asked what my total was so I could pay with my debit card he refused to tell me. I will NEVER be eating at Chef Wangs again due to the disrespectful way we were treated! If you want to be treated like you are a bother and in the way then this is the place for you.

terrible wonton soup had no pork in noodles steamed rice cold and stuck together, called told of problem and told I can not !!! get a refund on my dinner , extremely rude guy at counter , owner would no come forward and fix problem, will suggest not going to this restaurant extremely rude , will never go again , terrible food

I love their Chinese. I really havent had better in the Gainesville or Oakwood area. Im going to stay a customer for as long as their open because the food is the best. Rate on food not on service.. The service has always been good too though. I usually get their lunch specials and they have phenomenal crab rangoons

This place is like no other. From the service to how clean the place was, it was great. The food is awesome no matter what you order. As far as price it is priced right. This is a place it doesnt worry me to explore its menu and try new things. Enjoy!!!!

As far as American Chinese food goes this place is pretty standard. Spicy is not very spicy here. The one saving grace is the speed of a pick up order. 10 minutes and you can get it to go no problem. Delivery at least 30-45.
