Id give half a star if I could. Ive been eating at this restaurant for 3 years. The food is decnt and I always enjoy the meal for the most part. Unfortunately, their customer service and lack of English speaking and listening skills are elementary. They make too many mistakes based on these miscomings! 1 event: ordered crab Rangoon, only filled with a small spoonful and fried so even that spoonful was even more miniscule. Let them know, they replaced, still lackluster and no filling. Ok fine, learned just to never order that again. 2nd event: ordered Shrimp with lobster sauce. Have eaten it many times from there, this order looked old and gray like it was sitting or for a while, even tasted nasty. Asked for another of the same. She said to make sure they got the old food back. LIKE I WANTED TO EAT THE CRAP IN THE FIRST PLACE. Gave me such a hard time about their horrible food. decided not to eat there for a while or ever again. In the interim I ate at different Chinese restaurants with NO issues. 3rd event: just had surgery, can barely walk around and I wanted something quick and tasty. Ordered the pepper steak with no green peppers. They delivered pepper steak with no onions. I cant eat green peppers, my body cant digest them. I called and mentioned that and she gave me such a hard time as if I said the order wrong. WHY WOULD I TELL YOU NO ONIONS WHEN I CANT EAT PEPPERS? just a fat lie! She said the same, make sure the food is given back to the driver. DUH, I dont want it! The driver came with the food and said next time check your food to make sure its right otherwise we will not order to your location again. WHO DOES THAT? Im not the one who is at fault here. I will never be eating from this awful establishment again. HEY ASIAN STAR, STOP BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR YOUR MISTAKES! THATS HOW YOU LOSE MONEY. Ive spent hundreds of my hard earned money there that will never go to your establishment again. GO FIND A DICTIONARY AND LOOK UP THE WORD ACCOUNTABILITY! AND I GAVE THE DRIVER A GREAT TIP!! Smh..

Royal Bamboo is my families go-to takeout/delivery restaurant. To one of the other reviews points, the lady who is I think is the owners wife, can come across as unfriendly but she really is not. She sometimes has a hard time with English and this can come across in the wrong way. The food is great and that is why I always come back. The ingredients are fresh, there is a large variety on the menu and it is all very good. There are lots of other restaurants in the area, though none I know of that do both Indian and Chinese. The best take out in the area.

BE AWARE! I was there for lunch, and ordered off the lunch menu. Mistakenly, the waiter put in the order for dinner. Also since lunch comes with soup and dinner does not, they charged me for soup as well. When i told them they said that it was my error, and you should have said "lunch". I told them that it was your mistake, and that I even pointed to the lunch menu when I ordered. I there at 2:45 PM, and surely I am not ordering dinner lol. They would not accept my arguement. Will never go back again.

This family has truly dedicated their time and resources to providing the best service and freshest food possible. We have ordered from them many times and always had the most delicious meals. Their hours and attentiveness are great, too.!! We especially love the Sesame Tofu and Manchurian Paneer or Tofu choices. They also provide a huge selection of main dishes with meat, too. VERY generous portions for their modest prices!!

Been ordering from them for a couple of years , consistently good quality, extremely friendly staff, sometimes short-handed at peak hours., noticed it changed ownership recently and the new owner has extra help from his family and I didnt have to wait anymore to be helped. Vanessa, the new waitress, has been tremendously patient with customers, she speaks perfect Spanish as well!

Very rude owners!!!! we come here often since its close to home. They say some of the food is Halal. It tastes good. But they are very rude. I went with friends for dinner and after we left the owner and his wife came after us all the way outside yelling at us, saying we didnt give enough tip. They are rude, and dont know how to handle a business.

Great food! I have never eaten in the dinning room but the staff is very friendly. The lunch menu is filled with a nice variety. Dinner menu is even better! Try their Thai offerings! I would normally only give four stars but the last star is for the speed of their kitchen and the 95- A rating from Gwinnett County.

first off i called them to ask them if i could get a menu faxed to my house to get food delivered. when i called them to order my food the owner was very rude, he hung up on me.i just asked him so questions regarding the food. he yells then hangs up. i was offended by this service and dont plan on going back

First time coming here and last this places was 18 dollars for fried rice and crab Rangoon. The fried rice was so greasy and hardly any vegetables taste was bland. I have had much better and cheaper fried rice. I will not be going back and would not recommend this to any one

First time experience and will not return. We were there for lunch, and the food was very stale. My chicken was so tough that it was inedible, and there was a taste that was "off" about the dish. No one at the table could eat their dish.
