My husband and I ARE Thai connoisseurs, and we liked this place. We are from Dallas and have been to many Thai places, including San Diego, CA and NYC. My first experience with Thai was in S. Dallas with a friend who was half Thai and ordered everything in Thai. Thankfully, I learned all of the names so I could repeat the experience throughout the years! We ordered pad se ew (excuse spelling of these), tom ka gai coconut milk soup, pad thai, and EXTRA HOT geng keow wan... the green curry chicken. Delicious. First, the pad thai, in my opinion, needed more of the tamarind sauce that you typically see. However, the flavor was good, despite lack of the color/sauce. Same with pad se ew... flavor was good, but I like more brown (black bean) sauce... again, lack of color-didnt affect taste, just slightly more dry texture-wise. Coconut milk soup was good, just too many white onions. Needed more ginger... i like pieces of ginger and lemongrass floating around in mine. ;) Re: the green curry... Im used to having more Japanese eggplant in mine and would prefer the color to be a bit more green (perhaps more basil), but all in all, GREAT flavor. As far as HEAT, I am half Hispanic and LOVE hot Mexican food. The range here at Thai Jasmine is mild, medium, hot, extra hot, thai hot, and extra thai hot. The Extra Hot was great. Definitely hotter than hottest Mexican salsa, but not hotter than habanero. Close. It was like biting into a spicy hot jalapeño. Lips/mouth were burning, but it was so good, the heat didnt affect our ability to enjoy the flavors. Bonus: it cleared up some congestion! ;) Nitpicky on my part, but I know they added more thai chili flakes for heat. I like my green or red curry (panang, etc) to have heat from the visible slices (halved lengthwise) of whole chilis in the sauce. In summary, not like Dallas, San Diego, or NYC but definitely BETTER than PTC. :) And, we WILL be back!

If you like Thai food this is the place for you !!! It is hard to find ANY good Asian food on the South Side of ATL but this restaurant is the exception to the rule. Food is great and prices are reasonable. Service is quick and it is not crowded or noisy. Casual dining spot in a cozy unassuming little strip center just off Ginger Cake & GA HWY 54 (Lanier Ave). You will find the usual popular Thai dishes that are all very good. I especially enjoy their Hot & Sour soup (easy to split with 2 to 4 people) served in a large metal pot with a burner going under it to keep it pipping hot! You can order the food served at the degree of spicyness your tongue desires... so dont chicken out ... you can get it mild or if you are like me go for extra hot (this is one level below Thai hot which is for folks who like to sweat bullets and be in pain while they eat). Have a great time & God bless !

A family owned business, the people are very friendly and you feel at home and relaxed. The ginger chicken is great, lots of fresh vegetables and julienne ginger strips. Sweet and sour is also great. You can get 5 levels of spiciness, up to Thai Spicy (no. 5). A crispy vegetable spring roll comes included with lunch. The vegetables are always crisp and fresh. If I have asked to replace a vegetable in a dish with another, they have always accommodated. Everything I have had here is very delicious and very healthy. My wife loves the seafood soup, which comes with a small flame burner underneath it to keep it warm, when you order the pot. All of the sauces and broths are authentic and perfectly seasoned. We love going here.

We live in Oklahoma and eat at this place EVERY time we visit GA, which is a lot. It is always a must for us, and the staff is always so friendly! Chicken coconut soup here is the best. I recommend getting the pot and taking home leftovers. The massama curry is good too! Oh and while Im at it the calamari is cooked perfectly always! Prices are great and the portions are very generous! Definitely have to check this place out, whenever you are in the mood for Thai or just want to try it for the first time. I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

My first time at any Thai restaurant, I always try Pad Thai. I thought it was alright. There are several places in the north metro Atlanta area that have Pad Thai that exceeds the flavor than the one I had here. Good price and portion size, but the sauce was very runny so the flavor was not adhered to the noodles like Im used to. I was a little disappointed. As someone who didnt start liking Thai food until moving to Kennesaw for college, I moved back down here and my expectations werent met

Wonderful! If youre looking to try something new or really want some great Thai food, I highly recommend Thai Jasmine. We had an enjoyable lunch at Thai Jasmine. My husband ordered the Crispy Duck. It was awesome. I had the Panang (Phanaeng) Curry. It was amazing as well. We tried the Dumplings for an appetizer and loved them!

Its a good place to get great food. The staff is not very friendly nor do they give a great attitude towards the guests. I think it would do better if hired better servers with friendlier attitudes. Food seems to always be good and can be healthy. It can serve a lot of people for a party or any other occasion as well.

Im not a thai connoisseur but Ive been to most of the thai places around town. This is hands down not only the best food, but the best value. I would recommend the Pad Thai for newcomers. Ive had several dishes for lunch and noone of them dissappoint. Dont let the generic exterior fool you, this place is amazin!

I try to visit Thai Jasmine every time I am in Fayetteville. (I live in another state.) Its just a small restaurant in a row of storefronts but they serve deliciously creative Thai dishes that are not fount at other Thai restaurants. Their chicken pineapple curry is a must-try.

This place looks like a hole in the wall but the food was outstanding. There was duck tape holding one of the seats together. Waitress was not very friendly or talkative but the food came out quickly and as ordered. Definitely on our short list for quick casual dining.

Hands down the best Thai food in the area! Fresh food cooked when you order and served with a smile. I almost always take leftover home as the portions are quite generous! And you can get a dinner entree for under 10 dollars. Check it out for yourself. My favorite!

The food is extremely delicious. However, every time I pick up my food, some of the staff at the front are so serious and not so welcoming. I almost feel like they are doing me a favor by ordering their food. Hopefully this can change because the food is awesome!
