Went for breakfast, I understand Saturday mornings are busy, we were expecting some wait. Walked in, 3/4 of the store was empty, multiple parties waiting in the seating area and no hostess in sight. Employees walking in and out of the kitchen, not serving or busing, looking over at everyone but not coming to help. Waited for full 5 minutes before a hostess came up. As soon as he did, the party waiting to put their name down before was told it would be a 30 minutes wait. A man who had been waiting said hed been waiting 20 minutes already, asked why no one was being seated. The hosts tone was defensive and very rudely said it was because they were understaffed (when there was visible staff standing around) and he himself wasnt able to keep up, was not apologetic at all. Staff appeared unkempt as well. Its an IHOP, I know you cant expect a lot, but this was ridiculous. After that exchange we and many others who were waiting walked out. Never going back to this location due to excuses and lack of professionalism.

Would never be giving them my money ever again i walked in to there 05/30/17 with my family noone greeted us it took them ten mintues to seat us and i would ubderstand of they were busy but they only had three tables and all the servers seeing us and kept walking pass us. Someone finally seat us and the same thing happened servers walked pass us again it took them to realize when we got up that we were leaving. The girl that sat us and asked us if everything was okay we told her no nobody came over and greeted us all she said someone was coming over i told her someone should of came ten mintues ago so together we waited ten mintues to get sat and another ten waiting on are server. Someone could of came and sat us or even came over to tell us that someone would be over but nothing and the worse part i could hear them cusing and talking all loud as if they were outside. I work in a resturant so i understand providing good custmer serves but this was outrage and didnt make any since

We arrived before 1pm and sat around waiting for someone to take our name. When we were seated we waited for 10 minuets for someone to take our drink order and another 10 minutes for our drink to be delivered. The whole experience took over an hour and we watched several people arrived, eat, and leave before we even got our food. We never had a server. We had a hostess, manager and cook all visit our table to deliver different things when the table behind us had a dedicated server. We were also placed in the overflow seating when there were plenty of open tables up front. Overall it was a horrible experience and we will not be visiting this location again.

horrable.... if you like wasting 40-50 min waiting on a meal go here! also. cutlery,napkins or even a receipt was given to me. they seemed to favor the more "chatty" customers and waste a lot of time chatting it up and not prioritizing who was first. they also like to take ages to sit/take orders from those waiting at the register/podium, dont think ill be making any more visits here.. i can litterly go to target buy ingredients and go back home and cook whatever i want in 1/2 the time...

We come here about once a month or so as it rather convenient to where we live. My wife and I have a few favorite menu items. I will concur with others about the service, though. We have had some excellent servers, but many times we have walked in with absolutely no one in site to seat us. Wish they would fix that.

Well Ive been at my table for about 45 seconds yes seconds and my waiter just brought me someone elses credit card and Bill. Luckily for that person Im not a drug head or something and Im honest. NOTE make sure your waiter isnt stoned or you may be paying for someone elses spending spree.

I love this Ihop. Best one I have been to. The take expired coupons and are always doing stuff for the schools around them. The servers are great and the weekends you can really tell how hard they work. As for a server I would recommended I couldnt name just one they are all so great!

In the past has been a good experience but last fee times not so much. Arrived at 11 and ordered. 11:30 and still no food or server to say its coming. Need to be somewhere by 12 but thats not going to happen. If I wanted to eat in my car I would have gone to a drive thru

The food at this location is just fine, but both times we have been here it has taken more than five minutes to even to be acknowledged at the door. The service was slightly better the second visit, but generally, it has been inattentive and slow.

The food is acceptable. Thats about it. Never a host up front, so it takes 5-10 minutes to get sat, service is mediocre at best. Both times Ive been in were weekend mornings, so definitely not a slow time, but its been fairly empty both times.

Site was closed on our arrival with a sign on the door to go to a different location. Nothing against the restaurant that Im sure would of been fantastic. Would have liked to have known about it being closed prior to driving over there

This location is unprofessional. The staffs happened to walk in/out and didnt happened to seat me in. I had waited for over 20 minutes and somehow 2 customers behind me were seated before I did. Very disappointed and unprofessional...

5 adults and 2 children should not have needed 2 hours to eat at I HOP. Slow service. Even slower cook as it took 20 minutes to get 2 over easy eggs! And there were only 2 other people in the entire restaurant! Never again.

The manager Terry was absolutely amazing and so was our waitress Tina. Was from outta town and they treated us with such amazing customer service and more! One of the most cleanest restaraunts Ive seen in a long time!

Food is normal IHOP food. Service is awful. They are on a wait with a dining room full of empty dirty tables. The staff is laughing and telling jokes with each other instead of working. Will never eat here again.
